Email (required)BuyerZone will always send you leads via email as a standard part of our service (in addition to any other options you choose). Every lead email will include the lead contact information, question and answers specific to the category, as well as the lead category and unique lead number within the subject line of the lead email.

HTML or text• Choose your email lead format: either plain text or HTML

Multiple recipients • While we require at least one recipient on your account, you may choose to

have multiple email addresses receive each lead (up to 5)

Text messageIf you’re always on the go, our text message lead delivery option can be a great choice.

Supported by major carriers• We can send you leads while you’re out of the office to ensure speedy lead

follow-up

Multiple recipients • You may choose to receive text messages to a single address or multiple (up to

5)

How to opt in• Contact our Customer Care team at 888-393-5000 or by email so we can add

your phone number(s) to your account and provide instructions on how to opt-in. You must opt-in to start this service, but can opt-out at any time. As always, regular text message rates apply.

CSV attachments via emailBuyerZone delivers flat files with comma separated values (CSV) to your designated email address or addresses. Each lead is followed by a line break. The first row is the title row. Subsequent rows contain the lead information and include:

• Request #• Date/time • Contact information • Question and answer information

Each file has a unique name using the format: Date_hour_unique-16-digit-id.txt.

Each CSV file contains only one unique lead category. If you have multiple lead categories, you will receive multiple emails with CSV file attachments.

Choose your frequency• You can receive your BuyerZone leads as a CSV attachment via email at the

following intervals:• Hourly• Every 3 hours• Once per day

Multiple recipients • Choose from a single recipient or multiple recipients (up to 5)

CSV via FTPLeads are delivered via a CSV file posted to your designated FTP site. The first row is the title row; subsequent rows contain the lead information and include:

• Request # • Date/time• Contact information• Question and answer information

Each format differs depending on answers to the questions submitted by the buyer.

Each category has a unique 16 digit ID. This ID is the distinguishing factor to differentiate between leads from different categories. Each file has a unique name using the format: time_date_unique-16-digit-id.txt to ensure we do not overwrite any file at this URL, and so you can grab the files at your own convenience.

Note that we only send you a file if there is lead data (we do not send empty files).

Choose your frequency• You can receive your BuyerZone leads in CSV format via FTP at the following

intervals:• Every 10 minutes• Hourly• Once per day• Once per month

Failover email(s)• Include a failover email address or addresses in the event of an issue so you’ll

never miss a lead

XML (web services)BuyerZone offers real-time lead delivery service with XML as the lead format type for delivery over HTTP post. The leads are delivered individually. All XML formatted leads follow our internal schema. We open a HTTP socket and then post the entire stream of XML data into one URL parameter. As long as we receive an HTTP status code of 200, we will assume the lead was sent successfully. To get started, we will send you a XML sample file for each category so you create your XML parser to read it. The same fields are sent each time, so it is important the data is mapped correctly.

HTTP postBuyerZone offers a simple HTTP post to a URL you provide. We will post a pre-defined set of fields which include:

• quote_number• category• full_name• first_name• last_name• company• industry• job_title• address• address2• City• state• zip• email• phone• company_size• description

• Includes all questions + answers in the form of “supplier question: answer(s) <line break>”

Note: if there is no data for any of the fields, a blank string will be sent.

If the HTTP post does not return a status code of 200, a failover email will be sent.

Salesforce.comBuyerZone provides integration with Salesforce.com based on the Web-to-leads form functionality. We leverage the standard Salesforce.com lead template as the basis for field integration.

Lead data is mapped to the following fields: • First Name, Last Name• Address • Company name (if applicable)• Email address• Phone number• Title • Description: contains question and answer data as well as the information on

number of employees and industry

All question set answers can be entered into the Description field of the default lead form or customized to your specifications. Question and answer values are delimited by a semi-colon and two spaces ( “;” and two spaces) – an example is shown on the next page.

Leads are provided to your Salesforce.com instance in near real time - as frequently as every 10 minutes, or at the standard available intervals (10 minutes, 30 minutes, hourly, every 3 hours, or daily). The maximum number of leads that can be sent per day is 500. Messages regarding failure of the communication are sent to your pre-defined Salesforce.com administrator.

What we need:• Test URL• OID number

• This can be found by going to Setup > Company Profile > Company Information• The Salesforce.com organization ID (OID) is found under the Organization Detail

section• Failover email address or addresses• Web-to-Lead feature must be activated within your instance

• This can be completed by going to Setup > Customize > Web-to-Lead link• Ensure Web-to-Lead is enabled, complete the information on the page and save

3rd party lead integrationBuyerZone integrates directly with a number of CRM, marketing automation and sales management software vendors. Included below are vendors we commonly work with – but we can work with any system that accepts a form post.
