Preface
Dear AIESECer,
The time flew so fast, AIESEC UNSRI have been established for 3 years,
and now we’re proud to officially announce that we will find new leader
for this organization to make AIESEC UNSRI become bigger.
But we’re sure most of you are of the former state of mind; "No one is
ever truly ready for the role" butthere is no 'ready', There is only 'willing'
and 'doing'. If you've read up to this point, it's time to shed that last bit
of doubt, because in our experienced eyes, you're as ready as you'll
ever be.
Every President has ended their term with awe-inspiring and
unforgettable learnings, forget through either success or failure.
There are two types of people who will tell you that you cannot make a
difference in this world: those who are afraid to try and those who are
afraid you will succeed. Don't listen to the fears saying that you're not
good enough, or someone else is better than you.The best learnings
always take root in the biggest challenges, and the President of AIESEC
UNSRI 15/16 face the biggest challenge, break through personal limits,
and achieve what was once thought impossible.

Timeline :
The OEP is the ultimate decision maker and the sole person responsible for
the activities and actions of AIESEC UNSRI
The OEP is the final person responsible for the day-to-day management of
AIESEC UNSRI
The OEP, along with the VP Finance is responsible for the financial control of
AIESEC UNSRI
The OEP is the one to overlooked overall of AIESEC UNSRI and make decision
to act on the thing that he/she saw through in advance

Job Description as A President
TEAM MANAGEMENT•Financial responsible for the creation of AIESEC
UNSRI team term 2015 – 2016
•Responsible for AIESEC UNSRI planning process and
it’s alignment with the National Direction
•Manage and track team performance on a weekly,
monthly and quarterly Basis
•Conducting meetings, performance evaluations
regularly
•Ensuring training and education is given to the team
and individuals based on the needs
•Facilitate cross functional connection within the OE
team to ensure synergy is happening
GOVERNANCE AND
ACCOUNTABILITY•Final responsible for the activities and performance of
AIESEC UNSRIWorking with VP Finance in all legal aspects
(internal and external
•constitution, organization status, compendium,
Expansion Stage.
FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY•Tracking & evaluation of budget with VP Finance
•Working with the VP Finance for long term financial planning
and execution
•Coordinate the VP Finance deliverables with the allocated
fund
•Keeping the EB team aware of the financial condition of the
AIESECUNSRI
LONG TERM AND STRATEGY
DIRECTION•Overall in charge of ensuring AIESEC UNSRI alignment to
NationalStrategy and direction
•Overall in charge of the development of AIESEC UNSRI strategy
and direction
•Overall in charge of the development of AIESEC UNSRI Long
Term Strategy through creation of long term plan with MCP
•Facilitate implementation, tracking and evaluation of plan in
AIESEC UNSRI
•Responsible for the Structure Subsystem at Local Level
REPRESENTATION OF
AIESEC UNSRI•Representing AIESEC UNSRI in the external environment
among important people, organizations & entities
•Representing AIESEC UNSRI in National Plenary
Representation of AIESEC UNSRI in the Global Network
