EDUCATOR TASKS: Enroll yourself in courses you will be facilitating. Log into the Edgenuity LMS as a student using your login credentials. Access assigned courses and lesson content to project for the whole class.
Process Steps Screen Images ENROLL SELF IN COURSES 1. Go to the Administration tab. 2. From the dropdown, click on Manage
Educators Beta.
3. Locate and check the box to the left of your name / educator login.
Note: You can type your name in to search quickly.
4. Filter and search for the courses you want to assign yourself. 5. Locate and check the boxes to select the courses. 6. Click Enroll 7. Confirm and click OK.
LOG IN AS A STUDENT 1. Navigate to https://lausd.learn.edgenuity.com/ 2. Click the Students button.
Be prepared for class and have your notebook and pencil / pen ready.
Actively listen to the instruction and participate in whole class discussions.
Take notes and respond to questions as the class goes through the lessons.
10. Click directly on a lesson activity, such as warm-up, to launch the player. 11. Follow the frames at the bottom, and click on the arrow to continue through the activity.

Pause or rewind the video
Adjust the volume
Turn on closed captioning

Click on in a lesson activity to access the
eNotes, Glossary, and Transcript.
Select the highlighter, headphones,
calculators, etc.
13, Once the activity is complete, click Next Activity at the bottom right of the screen. Note: Keep going and launch another activity!
During course instructional videos ensure students are attentive and engaged.
Lesson activities include interactive practice items and questions to check for understanding.
Students can discuss and respond as a whole group and in their course notebooks.
Lesson quizzes are 10 questions each and should be proctored in a quiet and secure
environment. Each student will answer the quiz questions in their own course notebook.
