Hello Everyone!!Well, most of the oak blooms have fallen and the breezes are
blowing them around everywhere. We are not seeing many results from our reminders for trimming
bushes and foliage between the houses. Please note that the maximum height for these forms of growth is 4 feet. Please have your lawn persons remove your lawn clippings when they do your grass as some of these eyesores are left from Saturday until the following Wednesday. This would be greatly appreciated by your neighbors who have to look at this for several days.
Houses in Laurel Creek are not staying on the market very long. That is a compliment to keeping our neighborhood looking GREAT at all times.
If you see or notice something in our neighborhood that needs attention, please do not hesitate to call Sterling, our management company.
We are still waiting to hear regarding the fencing issue at the basketball court area. The property still is awaiting the survey and then the pipeline company will come out and mark their easement. Thanks for your patience!!
Our Community 2014 ANNUAL MEETING
The Laurel Creek Architectural Control Committee works closely with the Home Owner Association to review applications for making improvements or changes to the neighborhood homes. Their purpose is to maintain the Deed Restrictions so our neighbor’s homes can be kept
to the high standards set by the original founders of this community. There are currently three members who volunteer for this community service. Anyone interested in volunteering for a position may contact Sterling Management for more information.
