*INGREDIENTS

*1/2 l milk

*25 gr sugar

*1kg wheat flour

*salt

*50 gr yeast

*bacon

*100 gr butter

*onions,

*pepper,

*egg for spreading



*Make yeast dough: dissolve sugar and salt in milk, add sifted flour, add yeast and knead butter into the dough.



*Put the bowl in a warm place for an hour to rise.



*Cut the bacon into small cubes and chop onoins.



*Fry bacon with onoins.



*Roll out the dough.



*Press out the shape of pies.



*Fill the shape with bacon and onions.



*Smear the pies with stirred egg and put in the oven.



*Bake about 15 minutes.



*It is possible to fill pies with boiled eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, slices of apples instead of bacon.
