TYPES OF OVEN

CONVENTIONAL = is consisted of metal box with several

heating elements both on its upper and lower portion.

CONVEYOR OVEN= a type of oven that moves products

through heated box and bake foods in transit, it is designed to cook item in a set speed.

RACK OVEN= this type of oven accomodates racks

of products that are wheeled in and out. It is made up of 2-3 meter high chamber heated by electric element or gas burners

MICROWAVE OVEN= this oven heat the food quickly and

foods are baked by means of an energy sent into the food by means of waves that excites “lopsided” molecules like water.

2. Types of Baking Pans= used as a container or molder

for batters and dough *LAYER BAKING PANS= common pan used to bake

cake , bar cookies and the like can be rectangular, square or rounded.
