St. Anastasia School (Newtown Square, PA) is proud to announce
their Christmas Choir was selected to be part of the 2020 B101.1
Christmas Choir Competition! The choir is made up of members of the
Class of 2021, and they recorded their
cover of the Jonas Brothers' "Like It's Christmas."
Each member of the choir was required to learn the song on their
own at home and record themselves. They sent their
recordings to Music/6th Grade Teacher, Mrs. Bonner, who was able
to put them together for this wonderful track.
The choir will be part of the Wednesday, December 9th
semi-finals round. It will be played at various times throughout
the day on FM 101.1, and you can vote for them to advance on
b101philly.radio.com. If they win on Wednesday, they will
compete again on Thursday, December 10th, following the
same format. The winners of the Elementary/Middle School
Category will be announced live on the radio on the morning of
Friday, December 11th.
