Live through it vs temporary accommodations: Added stress if staying due to dust, dirt, crammed spaces since you have to empty out the rooms, contractor’s tool storage, noise, intrusion into your life – OK for a week

Importance of project management – will reduce your stress and result in Better Communication

“Nasties” found on site, especially electrical, structural, mold, asbestos etc.
