the pupil’s

4.2 By the end of the 6-year primary schooling pupils
will be able to express personal response to literary texts.
Story Time. Teacher tells a story. The pupils listen to the story.Teacher asks the pupils to predict the ending
of a story.
Talk about the cover. Teacher introduces the layout of a book cover
to pupils.Teacher asks questions about the book cover
such as;i. What is the title of the book?ii. Who is the writer?iii. Who drew the pictures?

v. What do you see on the cover?vi. How many animals are there?vii. Can you name the animals on the cover?viii. What sound do these animals make?
4.3 By the end of the 6-year primary schooling, pupils will be
able to plan, organize and produce creative works for enjoyment.
Paper Boat Teacher asks the pupils to make a
paper boat. Then, teacher asks the pupils to show
the class their paper boats and sing “ Row, Row, Row Your Boat” with actions.
Year 1 pupils.
My First Book Teacher gives sheets contain pictures
of stages of a story. Then, teacher ask the pupils to colour,
cut and paste the pictures on sheets of paper.
Year 1 pupils.
Award Button Teacher shows different types of ward
button to the pupils. Teacher guides the pupils to create the
award button based on their creativity.This activity is suitable for Year 2
pupils.
Creative Money Box Teacher asks the pupils to bring all
their materials a day before they going to do their activity.
Teacher does demonstration on how to do the “Creative Money Box”.
This activity is suitable for Year 2 pupils.
My Wish BooxTeacher asks the pupils to bring
all their materials a day before they going to do their activity.
Teacher does demonstration on how to do the “My Wish Box”.
This activity is suitable for Year 2 pupils.
