I agree to install the required landscaping within ten days from the complete installation of the fence, and to schedule the required inspection within that time period. I understand that failure to pass the inspection within 10 days may result in code violations and fines being assessed. I understand that I am responsible for the proper maintenance of this landscape according to applicable City codes.
