A growth-oriented master limited partnership formed by Landmark Dividend LLC to acquire, own and manage a portfolio of real property interests that are leased to companies in the wireless communication, outdoor advertising and renewable power generation industries

We seek to acquire real property interests subject to effectively triple net tenant lease arrangements that contain contractual rent escalators, which we believe provide us with stable, predictable and growing cash flow

Our real property interests consist of a diversified portfolio of long-term and perpetual easements, tenant lease assignments and, to a lesser extent, fee simple properties located in 49 states and the District of Columbia

Through these real property interests, we are entitled to receive rental payments from leases on more than 1,400 tenant sites
