DESCRIPTION

This parcel of arable land provides a unique opportunity to

purchase 5.55 acres (2.25 hectares) situated less than 3.5

miles from the centre of York; situated to the east of the

city, west of Dunnington, with excellent access being

directly south of the A166.

LOCATION:

The land is located approximately 1/2 mile west of

Dunnington, 3.5 miles east of York and less than 1/2 mile

east of Murton.

DIRECTIONS:

At the Grimston Bar roundabout take the A166 heading

towards Stamford Bridge after half a mile the gated

entrance is located on the right hand side as indicated by

the Stephenson & Son for sale board.

is believed to be available in the area for connection.

TENURE:

Freehold with vacant possession on completion.

OUTGOINGS:

As far as the vendor is aware there are no drainage rates

Bishampton 1 soil series being a deep fine loamy soil with

slowly permeable subsoil suitable for cereals and grassland,

is classified as being Grade 3 on the Defra Land

Classification.
