TCYS Update – Cantina

• $60 per family (w/ wristbands) – $5 per meal for family guest
• Meal Times – Breakfast 6:30 – 8:30– Lunch 11:00 – 2:00– Dinner 6:00 – 8:00

• January 18th (Sunday), 12:00pm till done• Show Barn Clean up @EXPO Center• LT FFA volunteers required by TCYS

TCYS Update – Herdsmanship
• Decorating Committee Chair: Michelle Ellisor – Decorate TCYS pens Wednesday 1/14 4:00 – 9:00pm
• Herdmanship Chair: Erin Leon– Will provide a student duty roster of cleaning times
• TCYS requires you to purchase 2/bags of shavings (from them) per animal (scholarship fundraiser)– 2*$8 = $16 per animal

• If you make sale:– We will have a special meeting for those families
to explain what this means– Probably Mon/Tues after TCYS but watch for
announcement– Your child will need to attend auction at TCYS Expo
Center on Friday 1/23, 10:00am - dark– Adults are encourage to attend for dinner and
open bar
