2. Seale of salary—Scale Ai—£i,368-1,890(per annum).
3. Duties—The four Senior Education Officersare to assist the Secretary of Bureau for ExternalAid to :—
(a) co-ordinate applications for external’ aid foreducation in Nigeria ;
(6) formulate applications for external aid forselected projects in educational development plans;
(c) consult representatives of,aid-giving coun-tries, organisations or bodies for advice in regard toexternalaid ;
d) review the progress of schemes of technicalassistance for education in Nigeria ;
(e) explore possible sources of aidtional development ; "
(f) serve the Federation as a whole as a clearinghouse in all schemes pertaining to the acquisition
