Resort managers oversee all resort staff members, from front desk clerks to janitorial services. Depending on the size of a resort, the resort manager may have several assistant managers helping to cover all needs of the facility. Typical job duties of resort managers include reviewing finances, overseeing hiring practices, holding meetings with the facility's various department heads, greeting and interacting with resort guests and checking on necessary supplies in various sectors of the resort.

o Head Ground Staff

Grounds managers coordinate landscaping efforts and related outdoor maintenance services. They train staff and ensure performance quality and are responsible for administrative procedures.

o Office Assistant

The Assistant Resort Manager serves as a supporting role to Resort Manager. The Assistant Resort Manager is responsible for the development and execution of resort operations while maintaining the integrity of La Traviesa Hotel Resort service standards. He/She will oversee the daily operation of all resort

departments including, but not limited to: Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance. The Assistant Resort Manager is responsible for various financial aspects of the resort and for ensuring all relationships with our guests, associates, sales, vendors and board members are maintained positively and professionally at all times.

o Lifeguard

The Lifeguard provides safety in and around the pool facility. Lifeguards perform as accident preventers, rescuers, public relation officers and administrators.

o Chef.

As the person responsible for all kitchen produce, to co-ordinate the distribution of tasks amongst his or her teams ensuring that the work progresses as it should within the time available. To prepare all the menus in co-operation with the Restaurant Manager and check customer satisfaction levels by exercising a presence in the restaurant at meal times

- 5 Spa Staff (1 Manager, 4 Physical Therapists)

o Manager Spa mangers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of

health or beauty spas. They manage a spa's finances, employees and services. Spas can differ greatly in size, from small privately owned boutiques to large health spas located in resorts and hotels. In many smaller spas, managers often perform business tasks, as well as working directly with customers providing select spa services.
