Isles. Prime cattle are hung for up to 10 days before our cuts are hand selected, some of which are then dry aged for a minimum of 35 days in our unique Himalayan salt brick dry ageing room.
We also go to great lengths to bring you the finest Angus beef from expert farmers around the world, working with Creekstone Farm in the USA and Rangers Valley in New England, Australia, both are award winning producers of the
finest grain fed beef.
Grain fed Angus cattle naturally raised on open plains of Nebraska, Kansas & New England, Australia, then finished on the finest grain and corn diet.
