What is It?

- Digital information hub - Providing travel information and/or directing users to other sites

- all modes- all users

Why are we Doing it?

- Raise awareness about the totality of the transport impacts- make it easy for people to access information

- Facilitate a behavioural change

What are the Games Travel Pages?

• Central information source for all London 2012 spectator transport and travel information

Where are we at the moment?

• Launched 15th March 2011• Circa 750,000 visits

Where are we aiming to get to?

• Continuous updates• Background Demand Late 2011• Games time website launch - May 2012

Digital Experience - Spectator Journey Planner

What is the Spectator Journey Planner?

• Web based Journey Planner (for spectators) includes PT, cycling and roads – use of TDM Rules based on routing strategy

• Plan to venues only• Accessible planning• Retail hand-off

Where are we at the moment?

• Launched 7th July

Where are we aiming to get to?

• Service management• Phased updates thereafter (e.g. park-and-ride, cycle

mapping)• Data extension (live sites, data/schedules)• Mobile SJP• Games time integration – real-time spectator
