Dick Whittington Shoes is very much a niche business, selling to the more
discerning shoe market that requires superior quality and international branding. It
boasts a well-earned reputation as being the leading manufacturer of genuine
Goodyear welted formal footwear. and uniform/industrial footwear. The company
has recently diversified its business by going into cemented footwear.

▪Dick Whittington Shoes has been a member of the South African Bureau
of Standards for over 30 years and adhered to ISO certification for more
than 20 years and also a member of SATRA for over 40 years.
▪We export to all neighbouring countries and are planning to penetrate
even further north to sub-Saharan Africa in the foreseeable future.
▪As one of the remaining Good-year Welted branded formal and military
footwear factories, through our construction we have penetrated and set
a foothold in the various BLNS countries(Botswana ,Lesotho , Namibia
and Swaziland) as well as other SADC states such as Zambia and
Zimbabwe.
▪We are currently making in-roads into other SADC states.
