Q)The “X”– were an elite class of mercenary warrior who camefrom Norse-Gaelic clans in the Hebrides and Highlands of Scotland between the mid 13th century and late 16th century. As Scots, they shared a common origin and heritage with the Irish, but as they had

intermarried with the 10th century Norse settlers of western Scotland, the Irish called them "foreign Gaels".

They were the mainstay of Scottish and Irish warfare before the adventof gunpowder, and depended upon seasonal service with Irish chieftains.

A military leader would often choose a X to serve as his personal aide and bodyguard because, as a foreigner, the X would be less subject to

local feuds and influences.ID X.

Q)X is the synonym for epilepsy in ayurveda. It is considered as a disorder due to derangements of intellect and the mind characterized by

loss of memory, loss of consciousness and convulsive movements of the body. On the basis of doshsas [humors] there are four kinds of X:

1.Vataja 2. Pittaja 3. Kaphaja 4. Sannipataja

The Sanni Pataja X is called incurable due to the combination of imbalance in all the three humors.ID X.

Q)Introduced on July 5, 1937, the name of product "X" was chosen when the product, whose original name was far less memorable (Hormel

Spiced Ham), began to lose market share. The name was chosen from multiple entries in a naming contest. A Hormel official once stated that

the original meaning of the name "X" was "Shoulder of Pork and Ham".According to writer Marguerite Patten in "X"– The Cookbook*, the name was suggested by Kenneth Daigneau, an actor and the brother of a Hormel vice president, who was given a $100 prize for creating the name.At one time and persisting to this day in certain books, the theory behind the nomenclature of X was that the name was a portmanteau of "Spiced Meat and Ham".According to the British documentary-reality

show "1940's House", when X was offered by the United States to those affected by World War II in the UK.ID X.

Q)Although the service remains essentially low-tech,the Xs have started to embrace technology, and now allow booking for delivery through SMS.An on-line poll on the web site ensures that customer feedback is given pride of place. The success of the system depends on teamwork and time management. Such is the dedication and commitment of the barely literate and barefoot X who form links in the extensive chain,

that there is no system of documentation at all. A simple colour coding system doubles as an ID system. There are no multiple elaborate layers

of management either — just three layers. Each X is also required to contribute a minimum capital in kind, in the form of two bicycles, a wooden crate, white cotton kurta-pyjamas, and the white trademark

Gandhi cap (topi). The return on capital is ensured by monthly division of the earnings of each unit.ID X.

Q)”X's Three Laws” are three "laws" of prediction formulated by the British writer and scientist X. They are:

1. When a distinguished but elderly scientist states that something is possible, he is almost certainly right; when he states that something is

impossible, he is probably wrong. 2. The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a

little way past them into the impossible. 3. Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from

magic.

Q)My personal favorite question because of de answer:Jajmani system is a Indian social caste system and its interaction between

upper castes and lower castes. It was an economic system in which lower castes have only obligations or duties to render free services to

Q)Since 2006, Rodrigo Contreras, from Mexico is setting up a business withthe purpose of selling X. He managed to register the "X" trademark in

Mexico. Contreras designed the bottle to be identical to the one portrayedon “________”.X is currently available at a few bars, but Contreras has

stated his intention of selling it at convenience stores and even exporting it to the United States.

This case has been featured on several Mexican newspapers and magazines, but most of them focus on the novelty "X" represents, rather than the legal

implications of it. The "X" trademark was not registered in Mexico beforeContreras registered it; however, Mexican intellectual property law

recognizes the concept of "brand notoriety", which states that if any brand is well-known by a specific section of the consumers or the industry due to

the commercial activities and/or advertisement done by its owners, they have the right to claim the ownership of the trademark. What seems to be a

pirated X produced by Contreras is about to be released in Colombia. According to its website, he may already have a local trademark over "X",

since it claims that another X pirate was jailed in Bogotá.ID X.
