Industry Reference Project

Assembly hall for Airbus A380, Blagnac

The technical centre of Constellation Utilités Services supplies power, compressed air and heat for the assembly hall of the Airbus A380.

KSB products help in the heating of the hall, provide for fire protection in the sprinkler station and cool the compressors in the compressed air station.


Building Services Reference Project

Transparent Factory VW AG, Dresden

KSB plays a part in this high-tech production facility with efficient pumps and valves technology.

KSB products are at work here for heating, refrigeration, air-conditioning and sanitation. They include hermetically sealed Magnochem pumps for a special application in novel refrigeration machines.


Energy Reference Project

RWE Rheinbraun AG, Cologne (Germany)

One of the largest boiler feed pumps that KSB has ever built has been in use at the lignite-fired power station at Niederaussem since 2002.

This full-load pump set is designed for a 30-year service life with above-average efficiency and maximum availability.


Water Reference Project

Burj Khalifa (Dubai)

With its 162 floors the Burj Khalifa in Dubai is the tallest building in the world.

KSB water pumps are in action here to provide for reliable refrigeration. These pumps distribute the cooling water throughout the habitable floors of the tower.


Waste Water Reference Project

Motodrome Shanghai

Monsoon rainfall makes the 5.45 kilometre motor racing circuit into a dangerously slippery surface.

20 KSB submersible motor pumps with a flow rate of 1000 litres per second provide for surface drainage.


Mining Reference Project

Syncrude Canada Ltd.

For efficient transport of oil sands, Syncrude Canada relies on slurry pumps from GIW Industries.

White cast iron, a specially developed, highly wear-resistant material, increases the service life of the heavy-duty pump units.
