    Saudi Arabia continues to encourage the Private Sectorto invest in the Power Projects.

    30 40 % of the fund will be from the Investors.

    SEC Partnership will be 20%-50% of the Equity.

    Long Term Power Purchase Agreements with SEC. SEC will be Responsible for the Fuel (ECA).
