• Format of the papers: Oral mental test (L3-5), Paper A (L3-5), Paper B (L3-5). Also Level 6 test for certain pupils.

• What are we doing in school? Focused units of work, ability sets, work it out Wednesday (enrichment activities in mixed ability classes), MyMaths website – every child has a personal log-on for revision and homework; every child will be offered booster lessons / early birds / wise owls.

• Homework will be increased after Easter – weekly homework, revision and sample test questions.
