Driven to become NASCAR’s first deaf driver

• Born profoundly deaf, Kris is surgically outfitted with a Cochlear implant which allows him to hear

• Kris also uses a Phonak Hearing System that allows him to communicate with his crew chief and spotter while in the race car – he’s the only driver in the country to use this system

• Kris travels the U.S. and Canada as a public speaker, talking to kids about following their dreams. 15-20 times

• Kris is also a personal trainer just outside of Toronto, ON, Canada

• Grass roots racing program targeted at regional NASCAR fans

• 16 NASCAR K&N Pro Series tracks across the East Coast and the West Coast.

• Regional NASCAR fans are more likely to be avid NASCAR fans, with a strong emotional connection to the sport and have positive associations with the sport and to support NASCAR sponsors*

• Half of NASCAR fans say that during tough economic times, they will continue to support NASCAR sponsors more than other brands because of their commitment to the sport*

Full Season PartnershipKris Martin and Kris Martin Racing (“KMR”) would like to offer this partnership opportunity for select 2013 NASCAR K&N Pro Series races and beyond which can be further customized to fulfill your objectives

Full season partnership with Kris Martin that shall include:• Rights to Kris’ name, likeness and image for all advertising and marketing purposes • Four (4) yearly trade show appearances by Kris• Two (2) yearly trade show appearances with your sponsored car (race schedule permitting)• One (1) production day• 30 minute autograph session at each at-track race event throughout 2013 season• Primary sponsorship logo placement on every race of 2013 schedule, agreed upon by KMR and

your company• Primary logo placement on driver and crew uniforms• In-house PR representation to support your racing program
