leaving the industry.

We market to the database of those agents leaving the industry, on their behalf as a Professional Referral Agent.

The transactionally inactive agent receives the referral income without paying MLS Dues or Realtor fees.

These transactions are then provided to Active Field Agents with whom they have partnered or created a team.

2. Their database receives a professional marketing campaign from the retiring agent as a Professional Referral Agent, branded with their name and photo.

3. The referral income potential for the agent can be long term.4. The Key Referral Agent is kept informed of the stages of the referred transaction.5. Sending a referral is easy and the process is available online anytime.6. Only the most professional and ethical, agents receive the referrals, most often

chosen by the KRA’s. 7. A retiring broker or career agent’s name, good reputation, and database is preserved

through proactive marketing on their behalf.8. We will offer coaching and training to help build a long term residual income stream. 9. The KRA will receive a 3% “spiff” on any transactions sent through a Key Referral

Agent they have referred to MGP from anywhere in the world. 10. The program is fair and beneficial for all involved. Win-Win is the only way.
