Andrew has been Senior Partner since 2008. In his role, he has overall responsibility for managing KPMG’s business in Russia and the CIS. Prior to this, Andrew was the Head of Audit in Russia and the CIS for eight years, and before that the Partner in Charge of Financial Services. Andrew has 22 years of audit experience and has been working with KPMG in Russia since January 1996. Andrew has worked with a wide range of clients including LUKOIL, Severstal, MDM Bank. Before coming to Moscow, Andrew worked with KPMG in the UK and Hungary. In addition to working for KPMG, Andrew worked in Germany for two years with the major US investment bank Merrill Lynch.

In the period from 1992 till 1997 Oleg worked in Germany, where he took part in the audit of the IFRS and German GAAP FS of large German companies. Oleg has been working with KPMG in Moscow since 1997. In 2002 Oleg was appointed an Audit Partner of KPMG in Russia, and in 2008 he became the Head of Audit in Russia and the CIS. Since 1 October 2012 Oleg will be appointed a Senior Partner of KPMG in Russia and the CIS. Oleg has extensive audit experience in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and Russian Accounting Principles. His list of clients includes large Russian and International companies in industrial markets, automotive, pulp and paper, metals and mining, shipping and aerospace industries. Oleg was actively involved in a number of projects in connection with IPOs of large Russian groups on the London and the Russian Stock Exchanges. In his capacity as the Head of Audit in Russia and the CIS for a number of key audit accounts Oleg plays an important role of a sounding board to our clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Igor started his career with KPMG in Russia in 1997 and has since then acquired significant audit experience working with companies in Russia. He also worked abroad as auditor for several years. Igor has profound audit experience in assisting with the preparation and auditing of IFRS and Russian Statutory financial statements of Russian and international companies. He participated in a number of audits of companies in the natural resources, telecoms, media, automotive, transportation and other industries. Igor has led audits of companies listed on Russian and foreign stock exchanges, involving reporting under various regulatory regimes. Igor has been the engagement partner on Norilsk Nickel IFRS Audit since KPMG’s appointment in 2009.

Claus has been working with KPMG since 1995. Claus joined KPMG in Moscow as a partner in 2006. Since 2010 Claus leads the Department of Professional Practice in Moscow, which is responsible for resolving all technical challenges in IFRS accounting and financial reporting area that we face with our clients in Russia and CIS. In 2002 Claus was seconded to the International Accounting Standards Board in London (IASB) from KPMG Denmark, where he joined the technical staff and was involved in various IASB and IFRIC projects. In 2004 Claus extended the secondment from KPMG Denmark to the IFRG (KPMG’s dedicated IFRS methodology group in London). His primary role was advising engagement teams representing a wide range of industries on complex IFRS-issues (key areas of responsibility were issues related to business combinations/group restructurings and consolidation). Claus has been involved in the audit of Norilsk Nickel since KPMG’s appointment in 2009
