Our passion for historic renovation is apparent not only in the completed work, but fundamentally in our approach. Through our renovation experience of more than 550 structures, we have found that the best solution is reached through communication, research, a comprehensive understanding of the existing structural system, and a high level of sensitivity to the historic fabric and cultural context. We employ proven, established methods of preservation, as well as innovative technologies to carefully protect the historic integrity of the building. Our ultimate goal is to use the least-disruptive, most sustainable methods possible to maintain, enhance, and preserve the historic character of the project.
