KOSTIANTYN OVSIANNIKOVMy academic interests include corporate
governance, labor economics anddeterminants of innovation from the
institutional and resourse-basedperspectives. In my dissertation, I
explored how the pursuit of shareholder-valueby management has
affected labor policies at large Japanese enterprises.
My current research project funded by the JSPS Grant-in-Aid for
YoungScientists (B) focuses on the market perception of corporate
innovations inJapan.
