Why working groups?
• Working in a team is nicer than working alone
• Intensive analysis of a particular subject of particle
physics
• when working on tasks/problems one has to cope
with various challenges -> find your own/team
strategies and reorganize knowledge in your brain
• chance for you to not only receive information but
rather do something, become creative, ...
• Improve the quality of our programmes by further
developing activities
• better understand your colleagues
