Општината Боговиње, која е една од најмладите општини во Републи-ка Македонија, во сегашните граници функционира од 2006 г., кога се спое-ни поранешните општини Боговиње и Камењане. Го зафаќа северо-западни-от дел од Републикава, левата страна од реката Вардар и долината на По-лошката котлина под падините на Шар Планина. Општината се простира на површина од 143, 44 км2, на надморска височина од 460 до 1.150 м. На неа, рас-послани низ 16 населени места, според последната евиденција, живеат 28.997 жители, претежно етнички албанци, во создадена хармонија на соживот со помалкубројното македонско и турско население.

The Municipality of Bogovinje, one of the youngest municipalities in the Re-public of Macedonia exists in the actual borders from the year of 2006, when former municipalities Bogovinje and Kamenjane were merged. It occupies the north-western part of the state, on the left river bank of Vardar and the Polog valley beneath the slopes of Shar Planina. The municipality stretches on 143,44 square kilometers, and 460 to 1.150 meters height above the sea level. Stretched in 16 settlements , according to the last census, 28.997 residents are living here, mainly ethnic Albanians living in harmony with the small in numbers inhabitants of Macedonian or Turkish origin.

Komuna e Bogovinës, e cila është një ndër komunat më të reja në Republikën e Maqedonisë, në kufijtë aktual funk-sionon prej vitit 2006, kur u bashkuan komunat e mëparshme, e Bogovinës dhe e Kamjanit. Përfshin pjesën veri-perëndimore të Republikës së Maqedo-nisë, anën e majtë të lumit Vardar dhe luginën e Pollogut nën rrëzën e Malit Sharr. Komuna e ka sipërfaqen 143, 44 km2, në lartësi mbidetare prej 460 deri 1.150 m. Në të, të shpërndarë në gjashtëmbëdhjetë vendbanime, sipas regjistrimit të fundit jetojnë 28.997 banorë, kryesisht shqiptarë etnik, në bashkëjetesë me banorë të paktë në numër, maqedon dhe turq.

Është ndjenjë e veçantë të flitet për komunën e Bogovinës, veçanërisht kur jeni pjesë e saj, pjesë e së kalaurës dhe pjesë e kreativitetit e cila duhet të jetë ardhmëria e saj e vërtetë. Thjesht thë-në, ejani dhe vizitoni vet komunën e Bo-govinës. Njihuni dhe hulumtoni bukuritë natyrore, pejsazhet e pazakonta idilike, ajrin e pastër, shijen dhe pasurinë tradi-cionale, burimet natyrore, rrjedhjen e lumenjëve dhe liqenet dhe shumë të tjera. Duke u nisur nga ky aspekt, udh ë-heqësia e komunës dhe unë si kryetar i trasojmë drejtimet bazë, që do të çojnë në zhvillimin ekonomik, social, ekologjik dhe të mirëqenies. Në këtë drejtim mbetet domosdoshmëri ruajtja e mje-disit të pastër ekologjik, me burime natyrore të ujit ambientalisht të rregu-lluara dhe sisteme për ujitje, të pasuruar me qendra rekreativo- sportive dhe pyje të rregulluara, të gërshetuara (ndër-thurura) dhe në mes veti të lidhura me rrjete të rrugëve të asfaltuara, të cilat do të mundësojnë krijimin e një imazhi të ri të së tanishmes.

Starting from this aspect, the local autonomy leadership and I as the mayor have traced the basic directions leading towards achieving economic, social and ecology development and wealth. With this aim imperatives are preservation of the unpolluted environment, with natural surroundings regulated water resources and irrigation systems, sup-plemented with sports recreation cen-ters and forest areas intertwined and connected with asphalt roads which will give the presence a new image.

Тргнувајќи од тој аспект, општинско-то раководство и јас како градоначал-ник ги трасиравме основните насоки кои ќе водат кон економски, социјален и еколошки развој и благодет. Во таа насока останува императив сочуву-вањето на чистата еколошка средина, со природно амбиентално регулирани водни ресурси и системи за наводну-вање, збогатени со спортско рекреатив-ни центри и уредени шумски предели, испреплетени и меѓусебно поврзани со мрежа од асфалтирани патишта, кои ќе овозможат создавање нов лик на сегашноста. Во долгорочната страте-гија за развој на Општината, акцентот секако е ставен на локалниот економ-ски развој, кој ќе овозможи заштита на

të rajonit të komunës me sigurim të kushteve për jetë normale, urbane dhe në harmoni, me sistem të zhvilluar arsi-mor dhe shëndetësor si dhe kushte për transformim të përgjithshëm ekonomik, në përputhje me strategjinë globale të rajonit të Pollogut.

Në këtë drejtim, vëmendje e veçantë i kushtohet zhvillimit të turizmit ru-ral, ekologjik dhe turizmit alternativ, bujqësisë dhe blegtorisë, si postulate themelore që i nevojitet vetëm plotësim dhe azhurim, pasurim të përmbajtjeve, komunikacion dhe rregullim estetik. Kjo, në realitet paraqet krijimin e komuni-kacionit dhe lidhshmërisë, rregullim të rrjetit të kanalizimit, pastrim dhe rre-gullim të shtretërve të lumenjëve dhe mbrojtja e tyre nga erozioni, si dhe rre-gullimin e pyjeve dhe liqeneve.

Përshpejtimi i rritjes së përgjithshme ekonomike dhe zhvillimit të komunës së Bogovinës, krahas fushave të pë-rmendura, planifikohet edhe mundë-sia për ndërtim të hidrocentralit, e cila do të rris numrin e të punësuarve dhe sigurimin financiar të komunës. Rrje-dhimisht, do ketë rritje të vazhdueshme të përkrahjes së zhvillimit të sektorit privat, e cila rrënjësisht do të ndryshojë cilësinë e jetesës. Ndihma e tillë është drejtuar drejt krijimit të planeve të reja funksionale urbanistike, uljen e të dhë-nave për tokë ndërtimore, përmirësim dhe përkujdesje për infrastrukturën li-dhur me aktivitetet ekonomike.

Acceleration of the overall economic growth and development of Bogovinje municipality, besides in the areas that have already been mentioned is also obvious by the possibility to build hy-droelectric power station which would increase employment and financial security. In addition is the permanent increase of the support for the private sector development which will signifi-cantly improve the life quality. This all is focused towards creating new urban-ism plans, lowering of the taxes for con-struction and complete improvement and maintenance of the economic ac-tivities related infrastructure.

Lets put it in a simple way, our vi-sion is creating ecology clean, tourism

Велат дека таму каде што ќе преста-не патот на урбаниот стресен свет и на смогот од модерната технологија и ин-дустрија, започнува патот на опојот од чистиот воздух и колоритот на негиб-натата природа... патот кон општината Боговиње.

Тој пат води по северозападниот дел на Македонија, од левата страна на ре-ката Вардар, под југоисточните пади-ни на прочуената Шар Планина. Тоа е патот низ Полошката Котлина, веднаш до магистралниот пат Скопје – Тето-во – Гостивар, патот кој води до изво-рите на природните потенцијали, кон изразените релјефни, хидрографски и еколошко амбиентално - пејзажни вредности.

Овој регион, распослан и испрепле-тен на 2477 ха, населени, шумски и аграрни предели, претставува грави-тационен јазол на 16 населени места во кои живее претежно албанско на-селение, во нескриен спокој, соживот и хармонија со помалкубројното маке-донско и турско население.

Thonë…, atje ku do të ndërpritet rruga e botës stresuese urbane, tymi i indu-strisë dhe teknologjisë moderne, fillon rruga në hapësirën e ajrit të pastër dhe koloriti i natyrës së paprekur…. rruga kah komuna e Bogovinës.

Ajo rrugë çon kah pjesa perëndimore e Maqedonisë, në bregun e majtë të Lumit Vardar, nën shpatin e maleve, pjesën juglindore rrëzë Malit Sharr. Ajo është rruga kah fusha e Pollogut, me-njëherë afër rrugës magjistrale Shkup - Tetovë - Gostivar. Paralelisht me të gjendet edhe rruga rajonale e cila i lidh komunat dhe vendbanimet përgjatë shpatit të Sharrit, rrugë që çon në buri-min e potencialeve natyrore, vlerat hi-drografike dhe ekologjiko - ambientale - vlera pejsazhiste.

Ky rajon, i ndërthurrur dhe i përhapur në 2.477 ha, vende të banuara, pyje dhe pjesë agrare, paraqet lidhjen e 16 ve-ndbanimeve të banuara ku më së shu-mti jetojnë shqiptare, në qetësi, bashkë-jetesë dhe harmoni me komunitetet tjera (maqedon dhe turq), që jetojnë në komunën e Bogovinës.

They say that where the road of the full of stress urban world and the mod-ern technology and industry smog stops, the road towards clean air scent and the colorful untouched nature starts … that is the road towards the municipality of Bogovinje.

That road leads through the north-western part of Macedonia, on the left river bank of Vardar, under the southeastern slopes of the famous Shar Planina. That is the road through Polog Valley, right next to the highway Skopje-Tetovo-Gostivar, the road which leads to the springs of natural poten-tials, towards the expressed relief, hy-drographic and ecology-ambiance land-scape values.

This region, stretched and inter-twined on 2477 hectares of populated, forest and agrarian areas is an gravita-tional knot of 16 settlements with main-ly ethnic Albanian population, living in peace and harmony with the small in numbers inhabitants of Macedonian or Turkish origin.

Тука ќе ја препознаете оригинал-носта на преминот од современието на урбаните предели на оваа општи-на, отсликано во малите и средните претпријатија кои создаваат реални технолошко-цивилизациски предус-лови за егзистенција на еден дел од населението, до оној друг дел на рам-ничарските региони, кои нудат квали-тетни и еколошки чисти земјоделски, сточарски и традиционални домашни производи. Këtu do t’a zbuloni origjinalitetin e kalimit nga bashkëkohorja e vendeve urbane të kësaj komune, nëpërmjet të zhvillimit të ndërmarrjeve të vogla dhe të mesme të cilat krijojnë parakushte tekniko - civilizuese për ekzistencën e një pjese të banorëve. Pjesa tjetër e banorëve do t`ju ofrojnë prodhime bujqësore, blegtorale dhe prodhime tradicionale shtëpiake. Duke shkuar ne lartësitë do të shoqërohemi me punime të pafundta të natyrës, nga zërat e çu-ditshëm të zogjve, të shoqëruar nga fy-elli i blegtorëve dhe shushërima e buri-meve dhe përrockave.

Ato, që i tërheqin vendet e paprekura të natyrës, mundet të vazhdojnë kah lartësitë e Malit Sharr, duke u shoqëru-ar nga disa dhi të egra, laramania e zogjve jo të rëndomtë, bimët endemike, burimet e ujërave dhe ujvarjeve të shumta…..dhe ashtu, derisa nuk ndjejnë shqetësim të brendshëm të 25 liqejve të Malit Sharr, të mbushur nga ujërat e çiltër të burimeve.

It is where you will recognize the originality of the transition to modern urban parts of the municipality, through the image of small and middle-sized enterprises which create real tech-nology and civilization conditions for the existence for a part of the popula-tion, at the same time another part of them that live in the plain parts offer high quality and unpolluted agrarian, stock farming and traditional domestic products. Heading towards the heights you will get acquainted with the nature products, amazing bird’s songs accom-paniment by the farmer’s flutes and the undisturbed sound of the springs and streams.

The ones attracted by the untouched tracks of nature can head towards the heights of Shar Planina, escorted by the numerous chamois, the colorful unusual birds, endemic plants and the numer-ous water currents and water falls rich in river trout … and continuing that way until they experience inner unrest from

додека не доживеат внатрешен немир од беспрекорниот мир на 25 шарпла-нински езера дополнувани од бистри-те изворски води. Ваквата даровита глетка се отвора дури на 1.960 м над-морска височина, каде што блеснува зеленкастожолтата боја на водата во Боговињското и во Белото езеро, за потоа на 2.200 м надморска височина да се појават темните води и карпести-от бедем на Црното езеро.

Боговинското езеро е долго 452 м, широко 225 м, а длабоко 2,20 м. Водата во него дотекува од Боговинска река, а самото езеро лежи во карпест басен, за-градено со моренски бедем. За разлика од него, Белото езеро е со должина од околу 180 м, широчина 120 м, а длабо-чина околу еден метар. За жал, но и за голема среќа на сточарите, езерата се користат во најголема мерка како поило за стоката од околните бачила. Но тие истовремено претставуваат и убав прос-тор за починка, простор за релаксација на телото и одмор на душата.

Kjo mrekulli ndodh deri me 1.960 m lartësi mbidetare ku shkëlqen ngjyra e gjelbërt e ujit me Liqenin e Bogovines dhe Liqenin e Bardhë, që në vazhdim në 2.200 m lartësi mbidetare të paraqiten ujërat e errët dhe pjesa shkëmbore në Liqenin e Zi.

Liqeni i Bogovinës është i gjatë 452 m, i gjërë 225 m, i thellë 2.20 m. Uji në të rrjedh nga lumi i Bogovinës, kurse vetë liqeni shtrihet në një bazen shkëmbor, i ndërtuar me mjeshtri të madhe. Për dallim nga ky, Liqeni i Bardhë është me gjatësi rreth 180 m, gjërësi 120 m, thellësi rreth 1 m. Për fat të keq, por edhe për fat të mirë të blegtorëve, liqejt shfrytëzohen më së shumti për ujë për pije të begatisë. Por, ato njëkohësisht paraqesin edhe hapësirë për t`u nda-lur, për të relaksuar trupin dhe për t`a pushuar shpirtin. Kjo pamje aq e rrallë idilike dhe e paparë edhe më tej paraqet inspirim për adhuruesit e natyrës, të cilët janë si turist ose kalimtarë, janë çdo ditë, nga të gjithë anët e rrethit të Ballkanit, por edhe më gjërë.

the undisturbed peace of the 25 lakes which are constantly being filled up with sparkling water from the springs.. This beautiful sight is available only when you reach 1.960 meters above the wa-ter level height, when you can notice the glow of the greenish and yellow water of the lakes of Bogovinje and Belo(white) Ezero, and as a contrast on 2.200 me-ters above the water level height the dark waters and rocky rampart of the lake Crno (black) Ezero emerge.

The Bogovinje Lake is 452 meters long, 225 wide and 2.20 deep. It is filled with the water from the river called Bogovinjska reka, and the lake itself is situated in a rocky basin enclosed with moraine rampart. The White Lake yet is 180 meters long, 120 wide and only a meter deep. Unfortunately but in fa-vorable for the farmers, these lakes are mostly used as watering places for the cattle. But at the same time they are a nice resting space to relax the body and the soul.

Ваквата ретка идилична и возви-шена глетка и понатаму претставува сериозен предизвик за љубителите на природата, кои како туристи или мину-вачи ги има секојдневно, од сите страни на балканското опкружување, но и по-широко. За оние кои не биле дел од ова несекојдневие, илустрациите и тексто-вите од овој водич нека бидат покана и показател за нивна добредојденост.

Наспроти тоа, за раководството на Општината останува и понатаму опре-делбата за сериозен развој на услови-те за туризам, но и на условите за општ економски развој преку искористу-вање на природните ресурси и созда-вање предуслови за етаблирање и рас-теж на мали и на средни претпријатија. Во таа насока одат и настојувањата за заживување на три индустриски зони, издвоени од природните предели, за мала и за голема индустрија во Бого-виње, за развој на прехранбена индус-трија во Камењане и за посебна мешо-вита индустриска зона во Пирок.

Ky vendbanim respektivisht është qendra e komunës së Bogovinës. E ve-ndosur në pjesën jug-perëndimore të Pollogut të Poshtëm, në rrafshinën pë-rreth Malit Sharr, me lartësi mesatare mbidetare 515 deri më 600 m. Në pjesën lindore, në afërsi të fshatit kalon rruga magjistrale Shkup – Tetovë – Gostivar, që paraqet lidhje te drejtëpërdrejtë të regjionit me një pjesë të madhe të ve-ndit, si në lëminë e ekonomisë ashtu edhe në aspektin e turizmit.

Ky vendbanim shtrihet në sipërfaqe rreth 11 km2, ku mbizotëron toka pjellore qe punohet rreth 840 hektarë, 39 hek-tarë kullota, pyje të pasura 99 hektarë, me çka ka 976 hektarë sipërfaqe agrare.

This settlement is in fact the center of the municipality of Bogovinje. Situ-ated at the southwestern part of Dolni Polog, at the plain part at the foothills of Shar Planina, with average above the sea level height from 515 till 600 me-ters. At the eastern side, not far away, the highway Skopje-Tetovo-Gostivar passes through, which results in total connection of this region with the rest of the state considering economic as well as tourist communications.

The territory of the Pirok settlement is stretched at the southern part of the municipality, occupying Dolni Polog and partially the slopes of Shar Planina with average above the sea level height of 530 meters. The overall surface, of this regions district is around 9,2 км2 hec-tare, most of it arable land, 103 hectares are forests and only 44 are pastures. According to the number of residents it is the second largest settlement in this municipality. Pirok is famous of it’s tra-dition of people going abroad in search of employment which continued till to-day and only a small part of the popula-tion is involved in the private business as well as agriculture and stock farming.

The tradition of people going abroad in search of employment practically paves the way for the trend of wider view of the overall development, be-ing a constant topic of chats in the lo-cal tea shops or cafeterias. You can reach Kamenjane, one of the largest settlements in the region locat-ed on 480 meters above the sea level height by an asphalt road, separated and parallel from the highway Tetovo-Gostivar. You will notice the remark-able high urban level of the settlement itself, the modern newly built houses, the paved streets, arranged and always clean water currents and the pictur-esque arrangement of the communal surfaces.

Special attention deserves the beau-tiful stone bridge, on the river which passes through the village and the nicely arranged restaurant part which provides conditions for chatting and relaxing.

Kamenjane, which used to be a sepa-rate municipality, is located among the villages Sinichane, Dolno Palchiste and Sedlarce, and as a central place of the region has a suitable school, sports and recreation terrains and two very well at-tended mosques.

Rakovec is a small mountain vil-lage, with vivid, unpolluted and gifted lo-cation, situated only 16 kilometers from the town of Tetovo. The district occu-pies 9,1 square kilometers, 227 hectares of which are arable land, 260 hectares forests and the biggest part of 376 hec-tares are pastures and meadows.

This place as well as the most of the settlements in this area, besides the high number of educated qadi, are listed in the group of villages where people are going abroad in search of employment. Most of them seek their existence as well as education in Italy as the contrary

Shtrihet mbi Bogovinë dhe Pirok në rrafshnaltën e Pollogut të Poshtëm, me lartësi mbidetare rreth 790 m. Rakoveci është i rrethuar me natyrë piktoreske malore dhe pyje karakteristike.

Rakoveci është fshat i vogël malor, ekologjikisht i pastër, dhe me pozitë të mire. Vendi përfshin rreth 9.1 km2, nga te cilët 227 ha, përfshinë tokë të përpunuar 260 ha, janë me pyje, kurse pjesa më e madhe rreth 376 ha, janë kullota dhe livadhe.

Edhe ky, si edhe vendbanimet tjera të komunës, edhe përkrah numrit të madh të kuadrove të arsimuara hyn në kategorinë e vendbanimeve kryesisht mërgimtare.

It is located above Bogovinje, at the southeastern slopes of the mountain Shar Planina, at the area of Dolni Polog. By its loca-tion, at 920 meters above the sea level height, it is enlisted in the category of mountain villages, where old houses have resisted the time and the chal-lenges of the mountain.

The traditional way of life is preserved here, and stock farming which is mostly developed is a way of existence.

The village district occupies territory of 3,8 square kilometers, 141 hectares of which are arable land, 110 hectares are pastures and 54 are forests. That is why the district abounds in active sheepfolds. Residents do often migrate in other villages in the region.

Është i ve-ndosur mbi Bogovinë, në shpatin jug-perendimor të Malit Sharr, në rajonin e Pollogut të Poshtëm. Me vendpozitën, me lartësi mesatare mbidetare prej 920 m, hynë në grupin e fshatrave malore. Në fshat është mbajtur mënyra tradi-cionale e jetesës dhe si mënyrë për të ekzistuar është zgjedhur blegtoria e cila është mjaft e zhvilluar.

Më së shumti banorët e këtij fshati janë mërgimtarë. Të tjerët janë tre-gtarë dhe merren me shitjen e leblebive cilësore të plasuara nëpër Maqedoni dhe në Sërbi.

Fshati ka pozitë me reliev të lartë malor. Është i ndërtuar në mënyrë tradi-cionale, me shtëpi të shumta prej gurri dhe rrethoja, kurse pjesës më të lartë të fshatit bukuri të rrallë i jep xhamia, e vendosur në shpatën e kodrës, e cila duket se qëndron në lartësinë e pafu-ndshme qiellore.

When you point yourself towards the northwestern part of Bogovinje, near the districts of the Urvich and Kamenjane, through the hillocky areas, the macad-am road will take you till 1200 meters of above the sea level height in the village of Jelovjane. Most of the inhabitants from this village are seeking for their employ-ment abroad. The rest of the population are shop owners and deal with selling the high quality chick-pea which is sold in Macedonia and Serbia.

The relief of this village is highly moun-tainous. Built in a traditional way, with numerous stone houses and fences, a specially impressive picture of the high-est parts of the village is given by the nicely arranged and located in harmony with the mountain slopes mosque which with it’s dome as a real protector el-evates towards the endless sky heights.

You may reach it through the newly built asphalt road, which is parallel to the highway Tetovo-Gostivar, and you will be welcomed there by the inter-twined streets arranged in an urban way, picturesque old and new houses as well as the modern new mosque and the tranquility of the cemetery beside it.

This settlement is characterized by the unique tranquility, characteristic for a classic village idyll where everything has it’s place and way of happening. You will notice the typical, traditional style of living, the traditional Islam kitchen and the eternity of calmness. In that di-rection, main occupation of the popula-tion here are everyday village activities, without the burden and regimes of the developed business sector, which main-ly is located in the near by settlements Bogovinje and Kamenjane.

Novak is a mountain village, located on 750 meters above the sea level height, which is connected by traffic through Dolno Palchiste.

This settlement , surrounded by for-ests and pastures, with narrow village roads and both old and new houses, remains a symbol of the traditional way of living. It’s tradition and unusual calm-ness is a result of the tradition of people going abroad seeking for employment which here is on for quite a long time.

Having this kind of choice for the fu-ture, the presence is neglected which is proven in small stock farming, few flocks of sheep, a cow and a goat here and there … and that is all.

Në mbarim të fshatit Pallçisht të Poshtëm, brigjeve te përroit të shpien rruga për në fshatin e malësisë në No-vakë në lartësinë mbidetare prej 750 m, i cili nëpërmjet të Pallçishtit të Poshtëm lidhet me komunikacionin rrugor. Ka 162 ha, sipërfaqe agrare, 82 ha, tokë punuese, 63 ha, kullota dhe 17 ha, pyje. Fshati ka specifikat e saj, është i rre-thuar me pyje dhe kullota, me rrugica të ngushta të fshatit dhe me shtëpi të vjetra dhe të reja të ndërtuara - mbe-tet symbol i mënyrës tradicionale të jetesës. Се протега веднаш над Долно Пал-чиште, на просечна надморска височи-на од околу 900 м, а патот до него води преку поголемото блиско населено ме-сто - Голема Речица. Тоа претставува типично планинско село, со стара тради-ционална необновена архитектура, не-когаш изградените куќи од камен, во кои живее малкубројно население. Причина за тоа е фактот што поради тешкиот на-чин на планинско живеење, миграцијата од ова село кон другите села или градо-ви, трае веќе подолг период.

За жал, текот на времето, трошните куќи, остатоците на темелите, празните руинирани бачила и пресушените поила за стока, го направија ова село да биде нем сведок на историскиот начин на тра-диционалното планинско живеење во овој крај. За тоа говори и старата џамија која сеуште му пркоси на забот на вре-мето и трпеливо ги чека своите верници.

Shtrihet menjëherë mbi Pallçishtin e Poshtëm me lartësi mesatare mbidetare rreth 900 m, kurse rruga kah fshati të çon nëpër vendbanimin më të madh të afërm Reçicë e Madhe. Ështe fshat tipik malor, me arkitekturë të vjetër, shtëpi të ndë-rtuara prej gurri, në të jetojnë një numër i vogël i banorëve. Arsye për të është fakti që nga jeta e rëndë në këtë fshat malor, kushtet e rënda për jetesë i kanë detyruar banorët që të migrojnë nga ky fshtat në vende tjera urbane.

Mjerisht, kalimi i kohës, shtëpitë e rënu-ara, gjurmët e shtëpive, stanet e zbrazura, kasollat e zbrazta pa kafshë, e bënë që ky fshat të jëtë një dëshmitarë memec i mënyrës historike të jetesës tradicionale malore në këto treva. Për të flet edhe xha-mia e vjetër e cila ekziston ende dhe me durim i pret besimtarët e vet.

It is situated next to Dolno Palchiste, on 900 meters above the sea level height, and a road to it leads through the near by, larger settlement – Golema Rechica. It is a typical mountain village, with traditional architecture, stone houses built long time ago, with a small number of residents. The main cause is that due to the hard way of life in a mountain village the migration from this towards other villages or towns is going on for a quite long period of time.

Unfortunately, the time, the dilapi-dated houses, the foundation ruins, empty sheepfolds, dry up watering plac-es, have all made this village to become a silent witness of the historic way of traditional mountain way of life. In ad-dition to that is the old mosque which still defies time and patiently awaits its believers.

Калник се протега на североисточ-ната страна на Горно Палчиште, на ви-сорамнините и рамничарски предели на Шар Планина, на просечна надмор-ска височина од околу 730 м. Населе-ното место е во целосно опкружување на планинските ридови, ендемичните растенија, допир на несекојдневно прочистениот воздух и милувано во прегратките на сончевите зраци. Во таквите предели распослани се ново-изградените куќи и комуникациите на месното население од Калник. Духот на печалбарите, блискоста со општи-ната Тетово како и џагорот на детските игри, ја одржуваат живоста и жила-воста на ова место и неговиот атар.

Калник, како и секое друго печал-барско место, живее со надежта за ви-дување со своите најблиски во туѓина, но чувствувајќи ги нивните благодети олицетворени во целосно урбанизира-ната средина, во современоста и опре-меноста на училишниот простор, како и во сигурноста на утрешнината.

Помалиот број мештани, кои својата егзистенција ја бараат само овде, целос-но се посветени на обработката на плод-ното земјиште и нејзината даровитост. А високо над селото, како ореол и чувар на минатото, сегашноста и иднината, се из-дига убаво сочуваната џамија.

Kalnik stretches on the northeast-ern side from Gorno Palchiste, over the slopes and plains of Shar Planina, on 730 meters above the sea level heights. The settlement is completely surrounded by mountain peaks, endemic plants, the unusually fresh air touch, hugged in the sun rays armpits. In this kind of location the newly built houses and communi-cation of the local residents of Kalnik are situated. The spirit of the people who left seeking for their employment abroad, the vicinity of Tetovo municipal-ity as well as the small children game’s noise, keep the life and toughness of this village and its district.

Kalnik, similar as all other village of this kind, lives in hope of seeing the rela-tives that are living abroad as soon as possible, but at the same time feeling the benefits from their work in a form of a urban environment, modern and very well equipped school as well as the cer-tainty in what tomorrow brings.

The small number of residents, which find their existence here, are complete-ly dedicated to the processing of the ar-able land and it’s fruits. And high above the village, as a aureole and guardian of the past, presence and the future, the well preserved mosque stands still.

Kallniku shtrihet në anën verilindore të Pallçishtit të Epërm, në rrafshnaltat rrëzë Malit Sharr, me lartësi mesatare mbidetare rreth 730 m. Vendbanimi është plotësisht i rrethuar me male, bimë ende mike, ajër të pastër, livadhe, pyje dhe kullota. Në këto treva janë shpërndarë shtëpitë e reja të ndërtuara dhe komu-nikimi ndërmjet banorëve të fshatit Kall-nik. Atari i tokës së këtij fshati kufizohet me atë të Pallçishtit të Poshtëm, Çiflikut dhe Pallçishtit të Epërm. Atarin e fshatit e mbajnë hija e mërgimtarëve, afërsia me qytetin e Tetovës si dhe zëri i fëmijëve duke luajtur, e mbajnë gjallërinë e këtij vendi.

Edhe këtë fshat plaga e rëndë e kurbe-tit e përfshin me mbi 30 % të popullatës që gjendet jashtë vendit me punë të pë-rkohshme, që do të thotë se çdo shtëpi ka së paku një mërgimtar. Kallniku jeton me shpresën për t`u parë me të afërmit e tyre në mërgim, si dhe duke ndjerë dobinë prej tyre në mjedisin e urbanizuar, në partcipi-min për ndërtimin e shkollës së tyre dhe shumë aktiviteteve të tjera në fshat.

Numri më i vogël i banorëve, të cilët ekzistencën e tyre e sigurojnë vetëm në fshat, tërësisht janë të përkushtuar në përpunimin e tokës pjellore, prodhimeve bujqësore dhe blegtorale.

Тоа е урбано организира-но населено место, претежно со нови куќи, кое има развиена инфраструк-тура, убаво асфалтирани или попло-чени улици, уредени јавни површини и регулирани водотеци. Високото ниво на општите услови за живеење се вид-ливи и преку беспрекорноста на јав-ната чистота, уредена џамија која има тековна посетеност, училиште со уре-дени и опремени спортсо-рекреативни терени и низа друго.

Атарот на селото го красат распрос-транетите и плодоносни земјоделски површини од кои егзистира голем дел од населението.

Местоположбата на Седларце, како и поголемиот број образувани кадари ус-ловиле Седларце да постане место во кое егзистираат поголем број мали бизниси. Тоа е јасно видливо и преку распростра-нетоста на убаво уредените слаткарници, кафетерии, кафулиња и чајџилници.

Sedlarce, linked to traffic by an as-phalt road, borders with the districts of the Sinichane and Kamenjane villages. It is an urban organized settlement, with mainly new houses and devel-oped infrastructure, nicely asphalted or paved streets, arranged public surfaces and regulated water currents. The high level of communal living conditions is visible also through the irreproachable village cleanliness, a mosque which is regularly visited by the population, well equipped school and sports and recrea-tion terrains.

The widen fruitful arable land which mean existence for most of the popula-tion is an addition to the district of the village.

The location of Sedlarce, as well as the high number of educated people made conditions for the village to become a place where a numerous small business enterprises exist. It is an obvious fact taking into consideration the number of beautiful pastry shops, cafeteria and tearooms.

It provides opportunities for perspec-tive and agriculture development.

Ky fshat kufizohet me fshatin Siniçan dhe Kamjan, ai është vend urban, krye-sisht me infrastrukturë të zhvilluar, rrugë të asfaltuara, qendra publike të gjelbëru-ara. Atarin e fshatit e zbukurojnë sipë-rfaqet e shpërndara bujqësore. Ky fshat numëron 350 shtëpi, dhe ka afër 2000 banorë, të gjithë shqipëtarë.

Shumica e banorëve janë mërgimtarë, në vendet e ndryshme të Evropës Perëndi-more, ndërsa një numër i konsiderueshëm i banorëve merret me bujqësi.

Në këtë fshat kohëve të fundit ka filluar të zhvillohet biznesi i vogël dhe i mesëm. Kjo shihet qartë edhe nëpërmjet hapjes së ndërmarjeve të vogla dhe të mesme dhe lokale të ndryshme afariste.

Vendpozita e Sellarcës, si dhe numri më i madh i kuadrove të arsimuar kanë mundësuar që Sellarca të bëhet një vend ku ekzistojnë një numër i madh i bizne-seve të vogla.

Ky fshat ofron mundësinë për per spe-ktivë dhe zhvillim të bujqësisë.

Жеровјане кое иако се наоѓа до са-миот магистрален пат Тетово – Гости-вар, претставува пример на претежно печалбарско село, кое внесувајќи го духот на туѓината развива современа инфраструктура и посоодветни услови за живеење. Тоа е стара урбанизирана населба, со уредени јавни површини и регулирани водотеци, со катчиња за муабет, кафе и чај, со простори за одмор и релаксација.

Таквиот дух на печалбарството и осознавање на квалитетот на совре-мението на живеењето видливо е пре-точено во целосното урбанизирање и осовременување на ова населено ме-сто. Урбаноста и современоста на жи-веењето на Жеровјане, јасно ја потвр-дуваат и присутноста на објектите од јавен интерес, како што е модерно уре-дената и очувана џамија, современото училиште, експозитурата на поштата и новоизградената спортска хала.

Но, и покрај сеопфатните услови за живеење, несоодветните економски и финансиски услови на регионот не до-зволуваат побрз развој на притаениот бизнис сектор.

Although located along the highway Tetovo-Gostivar, Zherovjane is a typi-cal example of a village were population mainly left abroad seeking for employ-ment, where by letting in the spirit of the foreign countries it developed a modern infrastructure and more suitable life con-ditions. It is an old urban settlement, with very well kept public surfaces and regu-lated water currents, places where you can chat with tea or coffee, with spaces for rest and relaxation.

This kind of spirit and getting ac-quainted with the quality of modern liv-ing is obviously directed towards overall urbanizing and modernizing of the set-tlement. The urban and modern way of life in Zherovjane is clearly confirmed by the presence of objects of public inter-est, such are the well preserved mosque arranged in a modern way, the updated school, post office and the newly built sports hall.

But, despite the overall life condi-tions, the unfavorable economic and finance conditions of the region do not allow faster development of the busi-ness sector which still remains in the background.

Zherovjani edhe pse ndodhet afër rrugës magjistrale Tetovë – Gostivar, përfaqëson shembull të fshatit kryesisht mërgimtarë, që duke i përcjellë mendimet e kurbetit zhvillon infrastrukturën bashkëkohore dhe kushte të volitshme jetësore. Kjo është lagje e urbanizuar me sipërfaqe të rregulluara dhe bu-rime ujrash të rregulluara, me vende për bisedë, pushim dhe rekreacion.

Shpirti i mërgimtarëve të këtij vendba-nimi dhe kualiteti I jetesës haptazi është përqëndruar në urbanizimin dhe moderni-zimin e këtij vendbanimi. Përditshmërinë e jetës në Zherovjan, qartë e vërtetojnë edhe objektet me interes të përbashkët, siç është xhamia e mirëmbajtur dhe e rregulluar, shkolla bashkekohore, posta dhe salla sportive.

Por, edhe krahas kushteve të gjitha-nshme për jetesë, kushtet e papërshta-tshme ekonomike dhe financiare të ra-jonit nuk lejojnë zhvillim më të shpejtë të sektorit të biznesit privat.

Ф.К. Дрита – Боговиње е формиран од група спортисти во 1994 година. Од своето формирање па се до денес клубот бележи значајни успеси. Како една од поквалитетните екипи во втората лига, се надеваме дека наредната година општина Боговиње ќе го има својот прволигаш.

F.C. DRITA - Bogovinje has been established by a group of sportsman in the year of 1994. Ever since, this club has achieved significant success. Being among the highest quality teams in the second league, we certainly hope that next year the Municipality of Bogovinje will have its own representative in the mayor league.
