Dear Agents, Employees and Leadership Team, This summer has been a truly incredible time for our company. We want to congratulate all of you on a fantastic month in May. It was a record month with $600 million in newly written business, in comparison with $450 million in May 2014. This is a testament to every single person in this company who is working hard to grow their business. Thank you for your incredible contributions. Thank you to our staff, as well, who work diligently to provide a high level of support within each office. We are fortunate to have great teams in place. While everyone is focused on their clients and helping them be successful with their real estate endeavors, we want to take a moment to discuss a different kind of success. We just completed our Week of Kindness, the company- wide initiative spearheaded by the KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation. More than 500 agents and employees dedicated hours of their time to community organizations at more than 20 events. We have thanked you for your performance in the marketplace, but we don’t know if we thank you enough for the type of people you are. To see all of you work together to help those who may not have reasons to smile as often as they should, is very inspiring. So thank you all, not only for the work you accomplish every day in the office, but for the work you do outside of it too. Sincerely, THE KOENIGRUBLOFF READER – 6/25/15

Dear Agents, Employees and Leadership Team,
This summer has been a truly incredible time
for our company. We want to congratulate all
of you on a fantastic month in May. It was a
record month with $600 million in newly written
business, in comparison with $450 million in May
2014. This is a testament to every single person
in this company who is working hard to grow
their business. Thank you for your incredible
contributions. Thank you to our staff, as well, who
work diligently to provide a high level of support
within each office. We are fortunate to have great
teams in place.
While everyone is focused on their clients
and helping them be successful with their real
estate endeavors, we want to take a moment
to discuss a different kind of success. We just
completed our Week of Kindness, the company-
wide initiative spearheaded by the KoenigRubloff
Cares Foundation. More than 500 agents and
employees dedicated hours of their time to
community organizations at more than 20 events.
We have thanked you for your performance in the
marketplace, but we don’t know if we thank you
enough for the type of people you are. To see all
of you work together to help those who may not
have reasons to smile as often as they should, is
very inspiring.
So thank you all, not only for the work you
accomplish every day in the office, but for the
work you do outside of it too.
Sincerely,
THE KOENIGRUBLOFF READER – 6/25/15
A WEEK OF KINDNESS TO REMEMBER
Thank you for making our Week of Kindness such a success. You made a difference as never before, donating approximately 1000 hours of volunteer hours over the course of the week! Company-wide, more than 20 philanthropic events took place across Chicagoland. Joe Stacy, KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation President, attended many of the events and was impressed by the impact the week made in our communities. Enjoy this recap of the week!
The Schaumburg office got an early start, raising funds at a bowling fundraiser for their adopted Little City Foundation homes. They then joined the Park Ridge office to add landscaping, flowers and decorative touches to two integrated community living arrangement homes.
Our Hinsdale office braved rain and wind to host a household item drive, partnering with HSC Family Services, Community Nurse Health Center, Sharing Connections, PADS, and Assistance League of Chicagoland.
The Mag Mile and Gold Coast offices participated in the Ronald McDonald House Cookies from the Heart program and baked 540 cookies over the course of the week.
HomeServices Lending, the Mag Mile and Gold Coast offices hosted a birthday party extravaganza to celebrate the three year anniversary of the downtown Chicago Ronald McDonald House!
The Wheaton office hosted a cookout at the Winfield Ronald McDonald House where they grilled 90 tenderloin sliders and offered a Make Your Own Sundae bar.
The Lincoln Park Clybourn office collected donations and helped our feline neighbors find
homes with a Tree House Cat adoption event at Petco. They will continue to accept donations through the end of June.
The Lake Forest office collected children’s books for Bernie’s Book Bank and more than 40 volunteers gave their time to the warehouse on two days during the week. Bernie’s distributes 35,000 books each week throughout Chicagoland to children who might not otherwise have their own books.
Libertyville, Naperville, Glen Ellyn, Elmhurst and the Northbrook Home office packed more than 34,000 nutritious meals with Feed My Starving Children in Aurora and Libertyville.
Addressing hunger locally, the Marketing team helped rescue 50,000 pounds of food for the Greater Chicago Food Depository at the National Restaurant Show. Evanston, Glenview and Deerfield held food drives and donated volunteer time at local food pantries. Twenty-two Evanston office volunteers worked at the Child Care Center of Evanston where they organized the Library and Resource Center, worked in the garden and sanitized toys and furniture.
The Glenview office made more than 30 blankets for Project Linus, an organization that makes blankets for critically ill children.
Thirteen Webster Avenue office volunteers collected 25,000 pounds of food for the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
The Winnetka office handed out more than 3,000 refreshing snow-cones and wands of pastel cotton candy and raised significant funds for the Winnetka Community Nursery School. They also handed out 250 Vienna Beef Hot Dogs and 250 bags of popcorn on two days during the week.
The Harbor Country office in New Buffalo is raising money for Relay For Life and will continue to do so until the Berrien County Relay on June 27th.

small and great ways. Many participants will never
be the same as a result. Giving of one’s time and
talent can do that to a person. The KoenigRubloff

available on Cabernet Corner in Online Forms
and is available as an eCard should you wish to
share your experiences. Who knows, maybe our
efforts will snowball and encourage others to
expand their own volunteer activities. Boundless
results are indeed possible!
