Closing Phase:

- Creating a more efficient processes to all of KÖLD’s operations.

- Fix any minor issues and obstacles.

- Maintain a great reputation to our clientele.

Obstacles and Challenges:

- Closing a space without a personal guarantee.

- Dispute over A/C system with neighboring tenant.

- Houston Permitting center delay

- Equipment lacked UL certification. Needed 3rd party inspection.

- Electrical panel limitations.

- Creating a quiet, insulated environment for the Floatation pods.

Considerable planning went into the layout

to complement the limited space we had

available.

Minor adjustments had to be made. I was

able to accomplish this without running

behind schedule.

The lease required a complete interior

demolition and build out.
