Know Thy ImpactStandardised Testing. Formative Testing. Summative Testing. Student Voice. These are all good sources.

Timing of measures. When do you gauge your impact? Is it the same as your neighbour? Is there an ideal?

Effect Size – Have you looked at quantifying your teaching? It is possible to be done with a normative test (ones that generate #’s e.g. e-asTTle).
