Clearance and the present proponent applied for Environment clearance to
the MoEF & CC accordinglY.
The MoEF & CC has issued the terms of references (ToR) and directed
for public hearing.The Additional District Collector Welcome all the Stakeholders/
participants and expressed his views related to the project and emphasized
on the need for addressing environmental concern of the project. Then Sri
Anil Kumar lnvited the project Proponent's representative to explain
regarding the project from environments point of view as follow:
The vardan EnviroNet, Gurgaon has prepared environment impact
assessment / environment management plan. lt has carried out the base
line data collection for month of March, April & May 20L6. Consultant of the
project has explained about water and air pollution due to proposed
distillery unit and provisions made in EIA Report to control these
envi ron menta I asPects.
Sri Kunain Sidqui delivered a presentation and highlighted the Following
Components.1-. Explained about project background and its need for installation of
molasseslgrain based ethanol distillery of 45 KLPD Capacity'
2. Described about the project salient Features;
3. Discussed about baseline environmental conditions;
4. Explained the likely impact on environmental and its mitigation measures
5. Extent of land acquisition and social impact due to the project
6. Applicable guidelines related to environmental and resettlement and
rehabilitation; and
7. Benefits to be extended to the project affected persons.

Response of the Public & their opinion:ln the public hearing following persons have expressed their views/opinionsas given below:
Sri, Anil Kumar of BSPCB Requested the public for any further views andopinion. However no public came forward to express their views further.Hence the CGM of the project expressed vote of thanks to all present there.Then public hearing concluded and came to an end.Conclusions:
The Public of Surrounding Villages, Who participated in the hearingwelcome the project in their area and have not made any adversecomments from environmental point of view.
The proceedings of the public hearing are recorded, photographs andvideo taken and the same will be submitted to the concern authority ofMoEF & CC and all concern for necessary action.
