Kloodle helps teachers to add value to their students’ experience. Teachers can help students to identify skills gaps, develop required skills and evidence them in a creative and dynamic manner, in line with Ofsted CIF criteria. As a teacher you can: monitor students’ profiles at a glance identify strengths and gaps in students’ skill-sets provide immediate feedback on students’ updated Profiles content measure the development of students’ skills and progression maintain an overview of work experience diaries and maintain contact when students are away from the classroomset action plans for students, to inform 1-2-1 reviews access and store drafts of students’ UCAS Personal Statements
