KLLM Internet Load Tracking
To access the KLLM Load Tracking site, you can visit our web site at www.kllm.com and click on the
“Load Tracking” link in the top right of the browser. You can also access the site directly by pointing
your web browser to http://loads.kllm.com/wntv5/Login.wnt. (See Figure 1)

From this screen, you can either enter your supplied Login ID and Password or you can choose to
request your Login credentials by clicking the “Request Login” button. Once you have submitted a valid
password, the Load Tracking main page will appear. Here you have the option to go to “Load Tracking”,
“Change Password” or “Logout”. Please choose the desired option. (See Figure 2)

If you choose the “Load Tracking” option, this will allow you to find information on your current loads as
well as emptied and cancelled loads. This screen will provide you with all of the basic information about
the loads as well as give you many options to customize your sorting and display options. (See Figure 3)

Load Tracking Screen Columns
First let’s take a look at the different information available to you here. Below is a breakdown of all of
the Load Tracking columns. You can easily sort your current view at any time by clicking on the
underlined Header at the top of each column.
# of Stops The number of total stops scheduled for this load.
BOL This is your supplied Bill of Lading or Shipment ID number.
Bill To Code This is the KLLM internal billing code associated with your account.
Bill to Name This is the KLLM internal billing name associated with your account.
Commodity This displays the type of freight being shipped.

Company This option is not currently being used.
Consignee Code This is the KLLM internal code associated with the delivery location.
Consignee Name This is the KLLM internal name associated with the delivery location.
Current Position This is the City and State the tractor was located in during its most recent Qualcomm ping.
Delivery Date This is the actual delivery date and time of your load. If your load has not been delivered yet, this date and time will be based on your scheduled delivery appointment.
Delivery Date Window This shows if a delivery window has been scheduled.
Destination This is the City and State of your final delivery destination.
ETA Similar to the Delivery Date, this is our estimated delivery time.
Imaging If the Imaging column has a “View Images” link, you can click here to view all of the available documents for this load.
Invoice Number This is the KLLM Invoice number associated with this load.
Last Contact This is the Date and Time of the most recent Qualcomm ping.
Load at Code This is the KLLM internal code associated with the pickup location.
Load at Name This is the KLLM internal name associated with the pickup location.
Miles to Destination This displays the total number of miles until the final destination.
Miles to Next Stop This displays the total number of miles until the next stop.
Order Number This is the KLLM assigned order number that has been assigned to your load.
Origin This is the City and State of the pickup location for your load.
PO Number This is the Purchase Order associated with this load.
Pickup Date This is the actual pickup date and time of your load. If your load has not been picked up yet, this date and time will be based on your scheduled pickup appointment.
Pickup Date Window This shows if a pickup window has been scheduled.
Shipper Code This is the KLLM internal code associated with the shipper of this load.
Shipper Name This is the KLLM internal name associated with the shipper of this load.
Status This lets you know where in the delivery process your load is currently at. The different statuses are as follows:
AVL Your load is Available. It has been entered into our system, but not yet picked up.
CNL Your load has been cancelled.
ENRT Your load is In Route. It has been picked up and is on the way to its destination.
MT Your load is Empty. It has been delivered to its final destination.
RLY Your load is in a Relay Status. It has been terminated at one point and awaiting a new tractor.
Total Miles This is the total miles from pickup to final delivery for this load.
Tractor Number This is the number of the KLLM tractor that is hauling your load.
Trailer Number This is the number of the KLLM trailer that contains your load.

Change Current Search Criteria
Using the search criteria fields at the top of the page, you can choose to display only certain load
statuses, change the order it is sorted by, change the ascending and descending order, specify a specific
date range or free hand type a search term. Once you have finished making changes to these fields,
click the Update button at the top right of the page to update your current view. (See Figure 4)

Modify Display
Would you like to see only certain information each time you log into our load tracking system? Maybe
you want to always be prompted to enter your own data to search for each time. To change the way
your screen looks each time you log in, just click on the “Modify Display” button at the bottom left of
the Load Tracking page. Here you can modify the columns that are displayed, set the number of orders
per screen and change between the different view types. These changes will be remembered each time
