4-H Greetings
Happy New Year! With the new year beginning we are given the
opportunity to reflect on previous years and set new goals for this
year. In the spirit of setting goals for the new year and up-coming
livestock show season here are a few things I would like to
challenge ALL 4-H members, parents and volunteers with.
THIS YEAR: Believe that anything is possible when you set your
mind to it, start each project with goals in mind, try something
new, find the best in others, and show others the best in YOU!
The 65th Annual Kleberg-Kenedy County Junior Livestock Show is
scheduled for Jan 15th– Feb 6th, 2016. Attached is a complete
schedule of events. Livestock exhibitors, continue working with
your projects. First and second year exhibitors are strongly urged
to attend clinics or seek guidance from experienced
exhibitors/families. Anyone needing assistance, please call the
Extension Of-fice at 595-8566.
Good Luck to each of our 4-H families at the county show.
Sincerely,
Niki Kaiser, CEA 4-H Youth Development
