The Kitfox Light Sport Aircraft is equipped with the Garmin G3x Touch 10” Primary Flight Display, Garmin GTR-200 Communication Radio with 2 place intercom, GTX 45R Transponder with ADS-b In and Out, Circuit Breakers and Round soft touch rocker switches.The instrument panel is powder coated either Light Grey or Textured Black and Laser engraved.

The Garmin G3x Touch system allows for the addition of a 2 Axis Auto Pilot. Shown below, the GMC 507 Auto Pilot Control Head for easy auto pilot control is added to the panel and the pitch and roll servos are installed. A great feature of the Garmin auto pilot is the one button push for LEVEL. Officially referred to as the return-to-level (LVL) mode button. So, what exactly does the blue button do? In short, it puts the blue side — the sky — up. When the level mode button is activated in-flight, the autopilot automatically engages and works to return the aircraft to a straight-and-level condition. Aircraft loss-of-control scenarios in-flight are one of the foremost safety concerns in aviation today. Spatial disorientation, entering inadvertent IMC, loss of situational awarenessor even from steep turns. Fortunately, with the Garmin blue button, there’s a tool that can help.

Terms and Conditions of this Binding Contract: In consideration of the following terms and conditions and sums paid and to be paid by this agreement when accepted and dated by both parties, buyer(s), named above and FoxAir LLC (seller) becomes a binding contract between buyer(s) and seller. FoxAir LLC agrees to build and sell to buyer(s) one Kitfox Light Sport Aircraft (SLSA). Buyer(s) understands the definition of the SLSA and so understands that deviations from its conformity is not allowed. Purchase Price: Details of charges and expected completion date will be provided via emailed Order Acknowledgement. Initial Deposit: Production positions and projected delivery dates are assigned in order of the initial deposits are received. A $7500.00 (seven thousand five hundred dollars) deposit is required to secure a production/delivery position. The initial deposit of $7500.00 will be refundable within 10 days of the date this agreement is accepted and signed by FoxAir LLC (seller) and buyer(s) named above. Request for refund of such deposit must be made within a maximum of 10 days from date of this agreement and submitted in writing to FoxAir LLC. Deposit refunds are subject to subject to a $500.00 processing fee. isa or Master Card will be accepted for the initial deposits only. Future payment as described in the payment schedule will be accepted via Wire Transfer or Check only, Credit card payment will not be accepted for any other monies due other than the initial deposit amount of $7500.00. Production Payment Schedule: A payment schedule will be provided to the buyer(s) with due dates and amounts prior to start of production. Going forward all monies paid to FoxAir LLC for production of the Kitfox Light Sport Aircraft for the named buyer(s) will be non refundable. Buyer(s) agrees all monies paid towards production of the aircraft will be forfeited if this agreement is cancelled, breached or terminated by the buyer(s) for any cause whatsoever. Six (6) weeks prior to the start of production of your Kitfox Light Sport Aircraft, a payment in the amount equal to 50% of the existing balance will be due and payable. A payment of 25% - of the remaining balance will be payable upon the start the Firewall Forward and Avionics installations.. These amounts and due dates will be listed on the payment schedule provided prior to start of production. Final balance of the initial purchase price plus any additional options installed and not noted on this original agreement or the FoxAir LLC acknowledgement will be due and payable with final payment prior to delivery of aircraft to buyer(s). All funds for payment(s) are payable in US dollars only with no exceptions. Delivery: Buyer(s) will be notified of expected completion date in advance and will be responsible to arrange pick up or delivery of their new Kitfox Light Sport Aircraft. FoxAir LLC, will provide to the buyer(s) a completed FAA form 8050-2 Aircraft Bill of Sale and FAA form 8050-1 Aircraft Registration Application at time of delivery and final payment received. Storage fees are subject to be assessed at $75.00 per day for any aircraft deemed ready for delivery by FoxAir LLC and not picked up, unless prior other arrangements have been made within 15 days of notification of completion date. Sales, Use, Personal Property Tax: If buyer(s) are other than an Idaho resident and this aircraft will be registered outside the state of Idaho there will be no state(s) sales, use, personal property or any other taxes collected at time of delivery. Any sales, use, personal property, any other taxes or fees imposed, will be the responsibility of the buyer(s) to pay for the registration of this aircraft in the buyer(s) residence and or registration state. If buyer(s) are a resident of Idaho, state sales tax of 6% of the full purchase price will be included and collected with final payment at time of delivery. Unless other circumstances apply and the appropriate forms are completed. Insurance: FoxAir LLC will provide insurance coverage for the aircraft during the production and flight test process. Buyer(s) takes full responsibility for any and all insurance requirements at the time the bill of sale and registration paperwork has been completed and buyer(s) have accepted delivery of the aircraft. FoxAir LLC and it s insurance carriers will be held harmless from any physical damage or liability claims pertaining to this aircraft upon acceptance and delivery of aircraft to buyer(s). Release, Waiver, Indemnity & Hold Harmless: Important notice read carefully before signing belo . Please consult with legal counsel before signing below to assure that you understand its content and purpose. The buyer(s) acknowledge that they may be giving up important legal rights or claims by signing this document if injury and/or death or damage occurs in connection with the operation of the Aircraft, and equipment purchased. The buyer(s) hereby acknowledge that the purchase of the Aircraft from FoxAir LLC is of their own free will, with the intention of operating the Aircraft in the light sport airplane category. The buyer(s) are the final authority on the suitability of the Aircraft for their use of the Aircraft. The buyer(s) understand that flying any aircraft, including light sport aircraft, involves risk of serious personal injury and even death. The risk of serious injury and death always exists despite proper flight training and despite properly designed, manufactured, constructed, assembled, maintained, and operated aircraft. The buyer(s) understand and acknowledge that this release, waiver, indemnity and hold harmless agreement applies to the design, manufacture, construction, assembly, delivery, maintenance, operation and any use of said aircraft.


Warranty: FoxAir LLC warrants the aircraft and all parts included therein to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) month or 100 hours (whichever occurs first) from original delivery date. All other warranties including Engines, engine parts and accessories, avionics, batteries and propellers are excluded from this limited warranty. For warranty information pertaining to these items please refer to the warranty booklet provided to you when your aircraft will be delivered to you. FoxAir LLC obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, with exchange overhauled or new parts for items found defective by FoxAir LLC examination. A new warranty period is not established for replacement parts. Replacement parts are warranted only for the remainder of the applicable twelve (12) months or 100 hours (whichever occurs first). Repair or replacement of the defective parts under this warranty will be made without charge to the original owner for parts and labor for removal, installation and or repair. Exception may be, the owner shall pay all taxes or use taxes on replacement parts and repairs. Warranty claims must be filed with FoxAir LLC and all work must be performed by FoxAir LLC unless otherwise authorized in writing by FoxAir LLC. This warranty is a limited warranty and does not apply to parts subjected to misuse, negligence, improper use, accident, alteration, or repairs not performed or authorized by FoxAir LLC. Normal maintenance services and items such as oil, air and oil filters, brake linings, control rigging hoses, tires, cleaning and other mechanical adjustments or maintenance inspections do not apply under this limited warranty. No other warranties are express or implied. Force Majeure FoxAir LLC shall not be liable to buyer for any delay in delivery of the Aircraft to the extent that such delay is caused by fire, flood, explosion, storm, strikes or other industrial disturbances, accident, war, riot, insurrection, natural or civil disasters, delay in vendors deliveries, market conditions, or other causes beyond the control of FoxAir LLC.
