- Uninstallthespacer(fig.5ref.A)andtightenthescrew(fig.5ref.b)tolockthepump-withacoupleof31Nm.

- Installthespacer(fig.5ref.A)andtightenthescrew (fig.5ref.B)tounlockthepump-withacoupleof13Nm.

wARINING: do not rotate the pump when it is blocked.

• Compressthebelttensionerpistonsandfixthemwiththepinsfurnished(fig.6).

• Installthepulleyoftheinjectionpump:- Stretchthebeltonthebottombeforetighteningthebolt

ofthesprocketoftheignitionpumpwithacoupleof18Nm.

- Unlocktheinjectionpump- Locktheboltofthepulleyoftheinjectionpumpwitha

coupleof110Nm.• Installthecamshaftspulleys:

- Alignandblocktheleftcrankshaftwiththeplatesupplied1 .

- Assemblethecamshaftspulleyswiththebelt(withouttighten).

- Stretchthebeltonthetopbeforetighteningtheboltofthepulleyoftheleftcamshaft

- Alignandblocktherightcamshaftalwayswiththeplatesupplied.

wARNING: USE the bolts of the camshaft pulleys ONLY ONE TImE.

1 .- Assemblethecamshaftspulleyswiththebelt(without

tighten).- Installtheupperbeltguidewithanewgasket(fig.8

ref.A).

- Stretchthebeltonthetopbeforetighteningtheboltofthepulleyoftheleftcamshaft.

- Alignandblocktherightcamshaftwiththeplatesupplied.- Locktheboltsoftherightcamshaftpulley.

piñondelabombadeinyección,pardeapriete:18Nm.- Desbloquearlabombadeinyección.- Apretarelbulóndelapoleadelabombadeinyeccióna

- Alinearydesbloquearelárboldelevasalaisquierdapormediodelaplacasuministrada 1 .

- Meterlaspuleasdelosárbolesdelevasconlacadena(sinapretarlas).

- Tensarlacadenasuperiorantesdeapretarelbulóndelapuleadelárboldelevasdeisquierda.

- Alinearybloquearelárboldelevasdeladerechaconlaplacasuministrada.

ATENCIÓN: los bulones de las puleas del árbol de levas TIENEN QUE ser utilizados solamente una véz.

• Se puede bloquear el árbol de levas usando una llave (fig.7ref.A).

N.b. El bulón central de la pulea del cigüeñal TIENE QUE ser utilizado solo una véz.

N.b. marcar la dirección de rotación sobre las cadenas.

• Meterlaspoleasdelosárbolesdelevas:- Alinearydesbloquearelárboldelevasalaisquierdapor

mediodelaplacasuministrada 1 .- Meterlaspuleasdelosárbolesdelevasconlacadena

(sinapretarlas)

- Instalarlaguíadelacadenasuperiorconunanuevajunta(fig.8ref.A).

- Tensarlacadenasuperiorantesdeapretarelbulóndelapuleadelárboldelevasdeisquierda.

- Apretareelbulóndelapuleadelárboldelevasdealderecha.
