PAN injectors - PAN/S injectors

Iniettori PAN - PAN/S

L’iniettore PAN ha la funzione di aprire e chiudere il passaggio del gas proveniente dal Riduttore. Quando l’iniettore apre, il gas viene convoglia-to al motore attraverso un tubo che è fissato all’estremità del collettore di aspirazione lato testata motore. Una delle caratteristiche che rende l’iniettore PAN versatile nell’installazione sta nel fatto che è del tipo modulare, quindi a seconda del tipo di motore può essere assem-blato singolarmente a coppie di due iniettori e cosi via. L’alimentazione elettrica degli iniettori è fornita da singoli connettori collegati al cablag-gio principale. I connettori sono a tenuta stagna con grado di protezione IP 54. Tutti i componenti sono omologati secondo la normative europee 10R-02 (Compatibilità Elettromagnetica) 67R-01, 110R-00.

The PAN injector has been designed to turn the gas flow coming from the Regulator on and off. When the Injector is turned on, the gas flow is conveyed to the engine through a pipe fixed to the intake manifold on the engine head side. One of the characteristics making the PAN injector installation so versatile is its modularity: according to the type of engine, it can be assembled individually, in pairs of injectors etc. The electric input to the injectors is supplied by individual plugs connected to the main electric harness. The connectors are gas tight and have a protection rating of IP 54. All components are type-approved as per European standards 10R-02 (Electromagnetic compatibility) 67R-01, 110R-00.

Riduttori ZETA

Riduttore-vaporizzatore tipo monostadio a membrana a pressione positiva, compensato con scambiatore di calore acqua-gas, valvola di sovrappressione interna. È disponibile in due versioni, ZETA N (normale) e ZETA S (super). Il riduttore si presenta molto compatto e con in-gombri contenuti.

Tutti i riduttori GPL sono omologati secondo le normative europee 67R-01.

Positive pressure single stage diaphragm type vaporizer-regulator, compensated with water-gas heat exchanger and internal overpressure valve. Available in two different versions, ZETA N (standard) and ZETA S (super). Extremely compact, with limited overall dimensions.

All the LPG regulators are homologated according to the EEC directives 67R-01.

Rivoluzionario riduttore metano monostadio, che mantiene stabilizzata la pressione di erogazione sfruttando la pressione di entrata del gas, au-mentando o diminuendo la forza applicata alla parzializzazione del gas stesso. Il risultato è quello di un riduttore perfettamente stabilizzato che non risente dell’influenza della pressione di alimentazione, molto compatto avendo ingombri ridottissimi, stabilità di pressione di erogazione ed elevate prestazioni in termini di portata.

This is a revolutionary single-stage CNG reducer that keeps the pressure supply stable by using the incoming pressure of gas in order to increase or decrease the applied force of the gas. The result is a perfectly stable reducer that does not get affected by the influence of the pressure fed. Its main characteristics are that it is very compact and takes little space, it is gives stable pressure supply and therefore it has a high performance capacity.

LPG electronic reducers

Riduttori GPL elettronici

100GES

Riduttore di pressione per GPL a comando elettronico che riduce la pressione del Gpl e lo vaporizza consen-tendo un regolare flusso di gas in tutti i regimi di rota-zione del motore. Dotato di due stadi di riduzione che consentono di stabilizzare la pressione del gas. Il siste-ma di vaporizzazione incorporato permette il passaggio del Gpl dallo stato liquido a quello gassoso il riduttore viene riscaldato utilizzando l’acqua del circuito di raf-freddamento motore. Il flusso di gas necessario per il minimo del motore è regolato tramite un condotto gas separato dal flusso principale. Include un dispositivo elettronico per la partenza con incorporato un sistema di sicurezza che interviene chiudendo la elettrovalvola del gas in caso di spegnimento anche accidentale del motore. I riduttori sono dotati di un interessante dispo-sitivo di compensazione (brevettato) che permette di installare il riduttore in tutte le posizioni, anche trasver-salmente rispetto al senso di marcia del veicolo. Tutti i riduttori GPL sono omologati secondo le normative europee 67R-01, 10R-02 (Compatibilità Elettromagne-tica).

LPG pressure regulators, electronically controlled to reduce LPG pressure and vaporize it allowing homogeneous gas flowing throughout the engine rev range. Two LPG regulation stages are provided, enabling this device to stabilise the gas pressure. The built-in vaporizing system ensures LPG passage from its liquid to its gaseous state; the regulator is heated using water from the engine cooling circuit. The gas flow necessary to ensure engine idling is adjustable via a gas port separate from the main gas flow. Inclusive of an electronic starter device with a built-in safety system which operates by shutting off the gas solenoid valve at every (wanted or unwanted) engine stop. The regulators are equipped with a clever (patented) compensation device allowing the regulator to be installed at any position – including transversally with respect to the vehicle travelling direction. All LPG regulators are homologated according to the 67R-01, 10R-02 EEC regulations (Electromagnetic compatibility).

CNG electronic reducers

Riduttori METANO elettronici

900MES

Riduttore di pressione per Metano, dispositivo a comando elettronico che riduce la pressione del Metano, consentendo un regolare flusso di gas in tutti i regimi di rotazione motore. Dotato di tre stadi di riduzione che consentono di sta-bilizzare efficacemente la pressione del gas. Per evitarne il congelamento a seguito della brusca espansione del gas, il riduttore viene riscaldato utilizzando l’acqua del circuito di raffreddamento motore. Il flusso di gas necessario per il minimo del motore è regolato tramite un condotto gas separato dal flusso principale. Include un dispo-sitivo elettronico per la partenza con incorporato un sistema di sicurezza che interviene chiudendo la elettrovalvola del gas in caso di spegnimento anche accidentale del motore. I riduttori sono dotati di un interessante dispositivo di compen-sazione (brevettato) che permette di installare il riduttore in tutte le posizioni, anche trasversal-mente rispetto al senso di marcia del veicolo. Tutti i riduttori Metano sono omologati secondo le normative europee 110R- 00, ISO15500, 10R-02 (Compatibilità Elettromagnetica).

CNG (Natural Gas) pressure regulators, electronically controlled device to reduce NG pressure, allowing homogeneous gas flowing throughout the engine rev range. Three NG regulation stages are provided enabling the device to effectively stabilise the gas pressure. To prevent freezing after sudden gas expansion, the regulator is heated by using water from the engine cooling circuit. The gas flow necessary to ensure engine idling is adjustable via a gas port separate from the main gas flow. Sistemi Alisei I sistemi ad iniezione sequenziale Alisei in par-ticolare la loro strategia, si basano su una strut-tura software di modello fisico che, favorendo il calcolo dei tempi di iniezione gas, è in grado di determinarne un valore ottimale in ogni con-dizione di funzionamento del motore. A rendere completi ed efficaci tali calcoli, sono le informa-zioni relative a giri motore, pressione gas, tem-peratura gas e temperatura acqua che vengono utilizzati per modificare in modo fisico i tempi di iniezione gas. Il sensore di temperatura acqua, installato sul riduttore, fornisce un segnale uti-lizzato per stabilire il passaggio benzina-gas a seguito dell’avviamento, che avviene anche in funzione del tempo trascorso dall’avviamento e del numero di giri motore. Il sistema include inol-tre strategie di diagnosi e prevede il passaggio automatico a benzina in caso di avaria (switch-back) memorizzando il componente difettoso. Le centraline disponibili in due versioni per motori a 2-3-4 e 5-6-8-10 cilindri.

Alisei SystemsThe Alisei (kits includes the) sequential injection system (design) is based on a physical model software structure, helping to calculate gas injection times and to optimise their value under any engine running condition. These calculations are completed and made more effective by information on the engine RPM, gas pressure, gas temperature and water temperature, used to physically modify gas injection times. The water temperature probe installed on the regulator sends a petrol/gas flow signal after engine start – which, among other things, is a function of the time elapsed after engine start and of engine RPM. The system also includes troubleshooting features and automatically switches to petrol in case of faults (switch-back), storing the component fault to the system memory. Control units available in two versions for 2-3-4 and 5-6-8-10 cylinder engines.

CNG sequential injection kits

Sistemi Alisei I sistemi ad iniezione sequenziale Alisei, in par-ticolare la loro strategia, si basano su una strut-tura software di modello fisico che, favorendo il calcolo dei tempi di iniezione gas, è in grado di determinarne un valore ottimale in ogni con-dizione di funzionamento del motore. A rendere completi ed efficaci tali calcoli, sono le informa-zioni relative a giri motore, pressione gas, tem-peratura gas e temperatura acqua che vengono utilizzati per modificare in modo fisico i tempi di iniezione gas. Il sensore di temperatura acqua, installato sul riduttore, fornisce un segnale uti-lizzato per stabilire il passaggio benzina-gas a seguito dell’avviamento, che avviene anche in funzione del tempo trascorso dall’avviamento e del numero di giri motore. Il sistema include inol-tre strategie di diagnosi e prevede il passaggio automatico a benzina in caso di avaria (switch-back) memorizzando il componente difettoso. Le centraline sono disponibili in due versioni per motori a 3-4 e 5-6-8-10 cilindri.

Alisei SystemsThe Alisei (kits includes the) sequential injection system (design) is based on a physical model software structure, helping to calculate gas injection times and to optimise their value under any engine running condition. These calculations are completed and made more effective by information on the engine RPM, gas pressure, gas temperature and water temperature, used to physically modify gas injection times. The water temperature probe installed on the regulator sends a petrol/gas flow signal after engine start – which, among other things, is a function of the time elapsed after engine start and of engine RPM. The system also includes troubleshooting features and automatically switches to petrol in case of faults (switch-back), storing the component fault to the system memory. Control units available in two versions for 3-4 and 5-6-8 -10 cylinder engines.
