Student Attire: All students will be expected to wear uniforms beginning the first day of school. School uniforms consist of:
• Shirts – collared, solid color blouse or polo shirt in any color.
• Pants, shorts, jumpers, or skorts in khaki, navy blue, or black.
• Shoes – closed-toe shoes with backs or sneakers. No clogs or crocs may be worn. Students must wear sneakers on PE days.
• Jackets or hooded sweatshirts are permitted, but no hoods may be worn in the building.
• Shirts must be tucked in at all times. Belts are encouraged.

• Campus opens for students no earlier than 7:45am
• Car drop off is at the front loop of the school
• Bus Riders
• Arrive at Village Oaks beginning at 7:45am
Morning Arrival Procedures

• Car Riders
• Car dismissal currently runs 3:20-3:30pm
• All cars must have a valid VOE Car Sign for students to be called to the car
• Car signs are distributed week 1 of school
• Following week 1, parents must go to the office with identification to obtain a car sign
• Non students are loaded into a car without a sign, this is for the safety of the child
• Bus Riders• Students walk in a bus parade with teachers and load onto their assigned bus
• Download the Where’s the Bus app to track your child’s bus commute
Afternoon Dismissal Procedures

• Who may pick up a child from school?
• Whomever the parents list on the student records
• If a student must leave early for an appointment or emergency, what are the procedures for this?
• Registered pick-up adults must show their identification in the front office to check a student out
• Proof of doctor’s visit is requested the following day or upon return
