Dress Code Clothing must be solid colors and have no logos or writing with the exception of the official Timber Trace logo.

▪ Shoes: Closed shoes or sneakers
School Clinic Here is some information about our clinic:
• Clinic hours are from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.• We have a full-time nurse on campus daily.• Please make sure the allergy section is filled out on registration forms.• If your child needs medication during the school day please make
sure it is turned into the clinic, especially if your child has chronic health conditions. Over the counter medications such as Tylenol, Tums, and other commonly needed non-prescription medications also need to be turned in if you would like the nurse to administer them.
• Please keep phone numbers and emergency contacts updated throughout the school year.
Registration Ms. Alexis Guy is our registration specialist.
She will assist families with the registration process outlined on the next slide.
Although the school is not currently open to accept student registrations, it would be helpful to gather the necessary documentation ahead of time. We will keep you posted when the Timber Trace campus opens.

▪ Two proofs of residence which can be: FL driver’s license, home telephone or cellular telephone bill, electric bill, rent receipt with the name of the tenant and address, mortgage, automobile insurance policy, credit card statement, USPS confirmation of address change
▪ Proof of birth (birth certificate or passport)
▪ Record of immunization
▪ Record of physical dated after August 12, 2019

Student Information System (SIS) Gateway for Parents
Staggered Start ▪ Kindergarten students come to school for only one of
the first three days of school.
▪ The class is divided into three groups and each group comes to school for one day without the other two groups. The first time the entire class comes to school is on the fourth day of school.
▪ Parents will be notified during “Meet the Teacher” of your child's staggered start day.

Please join us to meet your child’s Kindergarten teacher. In addition to meeting your teacher, you will visit your classroom and drop off supplies.
Meet the Teacher will be from 8:00am - 9:00am.
Parents may stop in the cafeteria to purchase shirts, check on bus stop locations, and meet the nurse and other support staff on this day.
