300 gm- cooked grilled chickenbreast with mint1 No- Large Bread2 -sprigs onions2 - tomatoes 1- Capsicum1/2 cup shredded cheese1/2 cup mayonnaise to taste- saltto taste- ground black pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Line two baking sheets paper and set aside.Cut the bread slice into round shape.2. Combine the Mint grilled chicken pieces, mayonnaise, salt & pepper, spring onion, tomatoes, cucumber with grated cheese.3. Spoon a heaping tbsp of the chicken mixture over each bread slice and place onto the prepared baking sheet.4. Sprinkle more grated cheese over the tops and bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts.

1. 200g Spaghe� 2. 8 Cloves Garlic, Thinly Sliced3. I No Onion Medium Thinly sliced4. 250g assorted vegetables, sliced5. 6 Sprigs Thyme/ parsley basil (to taste) 6. Salt And crushed Black Pepper to taste7. 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice tomato puree (to suit taste)8. Wee bit of bu�er/oil
Cook the pasta in a saucepan with a little salt. Drain and then the spaghetti can be tossed in butter and herbs to give the burnt flavourTake a pan and add butter, garlic, onions and vegetables like carrot, French beans, capsicum, cabbage and stir fry. Add the tomato puree (optional) herbs and adjust seasoning and cookuntil tender. Add the lemon juice (optional)Divide the pasta into batches and toss in the mixtureWith or without tomato puree it is enjoyable
