'ither 5arty !ay re?uest changes to this State!ent o3 or $SC% at any ti!e. &usto!er and Avaya
4ill each designate a single 5oint o3 contact 3or the authoriDation o3 5roject change re?uests. &usto!er
and Avaya 4ill use only the 5rocedure under this Section to control changes to the SC.
Since a change could a33ect the 5rice# schedule# or other ter!s o3 this SC# both Avaya and &usto!er
!ust a55rove each change be3ore a!ending the SC. All change re?uests 4ill be sub!itted in 4riting
using the Avaya &hange Manage!ent Re?uest A55roval Hor!. &usto!er and Avaya 4ill describe the
change and include 4hatever rationale and esti!ated e33ect the change 4ill have on the SC.
