What should I do before coming to Delaware?

Which airport do I use?Best arrival airport: Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)
• 50 minutes to Newark, Delaware• Easy shuttle service
We do not recommend that you arrive in Washington, DC; New York; Newark (New Jersey)
• 2-3 hours away• No easy shuttle to Newark
Arrival tips
• You may not come to the U.S. more than 30 days before the start date on your DS-2019 form
• Keep your DS-2019 form in your hand luggage• If you must transfer planes in the U.S., schedule
at least 2 hours for the layover• Immigration/customs, baggage recheck, new gate
• You need a credit card to rent a car • One way is very expensive

Driving in Delaware: getting a license
Do I need a U.S. driver’s license to drive?○ You must get a Delaware state license within
60 days○ If you do not have a Saudi license, you cannot drive
