Müh. A. TikinerThickenerKoyulaştırıcılarTikiner, şlam içinde askıda bulunan katı maddelerin önemli bir kısmının çökelmesi sonucu içinde yalnız kolloidal parçacıkları kalan, kısmen temizlenmiş suyu bütün çevreden taşırıp, suyun tekrar prosese dönmesini sağlayan büyük çaplı silindir şeklindeki (havuz) tesistir. Ayrıca çöken iri parçaları eğik tabanındaki sıyırıcı kanatları ile merkez kısmına nakledip oradan bu çökeltinin ayrı olarak alınmasını sağlar. Üretimini yapmış olduğumuz koyulaştırıcılar (tikiner) çamurun içindeki sıvının bir miktarının alınması ile içindeki katı madde miktarının arttırılmasını, böylece filtre edilebilecek hale gelmesini sağlar. Tikinerler toplam çamur miktarını önemli oranda azaltabilmekte ve buna bağlı olarak gereken arıtma tesisi için ebatları da azaltmaktadır.• Çamurun davranış şekline (karakteristiğine) göre

değişen çap ve yüksekliklerde tank üretimlerimiz mevcuttur.

• Sıyırıcı kanatlarda kendi imalatımız olan özel redüktörlerle 500 mm’ye kadar kaldırma hareketi sağlanabilir.

• Özel otomasyon yazılımımız sayesinde çamur yoğunluğuna karar verilerek sadece istenilen yoğunluğa ulaşmış çamur tanktan atılır.

ThickenerThickener is a cylindrical plant (pool) with large diameter in which just the colloidal particles remain as a result of settling of suspended solids’ important portion in the slurry and which provides turning back of water to the process by effusing the partial treated water from whole circle. Moreover, scraping wings at the decayed bottom transport large particles to the central part and so seperately disposal of that sediment is provided.Condensing units produced by us provide the increase of solid materials in the sludge by taking of some portion of water and by this means the sludge becomes to be able to filtrated. Thickeners decrease the total sludge amount substantially and to do so they decrease the dimensions of treatment plants.• We have tank productions with various diameters

and heights according to the patterns of behavior (characteristics) of the sludge.

• Elevation at scraping wings is obtainable up to 500 mm by the special reducers which are our own production.

• Sludge is discharged from the tank only in desired density as deciding the sludge density by means of special automation program (software).

Sedimantasyon TankıSedimentation TankDengeleme havuzunda toplanan atık su bu havuzda bulunan dalgıç pompa vasıtasıyla belli periyotlarda sedimantasyon tankına basılır.Basım sırasında verilen dozlama (flokulant) ile atık suda bulunan partiküller ayrışarak ağırlaşan kirli partiküller normal çökme hızından çok daha süratle çökerek konik kısımda toplanır; üst kısımda toplanan temiz su ise yan tarafta bulunan temiz su tankına geçer. Sedimantasyon tanklarımızın özel içyapısı sayesinde çökelen partiküllerin tankın üst kısmından beslenen atık su nedeniyle tekrar yukarı yönelerek üst akımı kirletmesine engel olunur. İhtiyaca göre değişen boyutlarda sedimantasyon tankı üretimlerimiz gerçekleşmektedir. Standart sedimantasyon tankı çaplarımız:• 3300 mm• 4200 mm• 5000 mm• 6000 mm• 7000 mm

Waste water collected in the equalization pool is pumped to the sedimentation tank regularly by the submersible pump in that pool. During the pumping, particles in wastewater decompose by injecting flocculant to the system (dosing) and weighing dirty particles are collected in the conical part of the tank as settling faster than the normal speed; and finally clean water that are collected at the top part passes to the clean water tank standing near the sedimentation tank. By means of special inner structure of our sedimentation tanks, it is prevented that the settled particles to foul the upper flow as turning to the upper part due to waste water fed from the top. Dozlama ÜnitesiDosing UnitFlokülant olarak kullanılan polielektrolitler, içme suyu arıtma ve atık su arıtmada çok yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır.Polielektrolit kuru / sıvı olarak temin edilebilmektedir. Kuru (toz) haldeki polielektrolitin kullanılabilmesi için çözelti haline getirilmesi gerekmektedir. İşletme kolaylığı sağlayacak şekilde dizayn edilmiş bu ünite depo ile birlikte tam otomatik olarak çalışmaktadır. Dozlama ünitelerimiz, farklı hızlarda karıştırıcılara sahip 3 gözden oluşmaktadır, bu sayede flokülant çözeltisi kullanım için ideal hale gelmektedir. 500 lt/sa’den 10.000 lt/sa’e kadar dozlama kapasitesi olan ünitedeki çözelti konsantrasyonu %0,05 ile %0,5 arasında ayarlanabilmektedir.

Polyelectrolyte used as flocculant is used commonly in drinking water and waste water treatment. Polyelectrolyte can be supplied as dry or liquid. Dry (powder) polyelectrolyte must be made into solution prior to use. This unit which is designed to provide ease of operation operates fully automatically together with storage part. Our dosing units are composed of three divisions with different stirring speeds, by means of this flocculant solution becomes ideal for use. Solution concentration in the unit, whose capacity is in the range of 500 lt/h - 10.000 lt/h, can be adjusted from 0,05% to 0,5%.

Biyolojik ArıtmaBiological TreatmentOrganik kirleticilerin uzaklaştırılması için en etkin yöntemlerden biri biyolojik arıtmadır.Biyolojik arıtma, atık suyun içerisinde askıda veya çözünmüş olarak bulunan organik maddelerin bakteriler tarafından parçalanması ve çökelebilen biyolojik floklarla sıvının içerisinde kalan atmosfere kaçan sabit inorganik bileşiklere dönüşmesidir. Biyolojik arıtma sistemleri değişik şekillerde sınıflandırılabilirler. Ortamdaki oksijen durumuna göre Aerobik ve Anaerobik olarak sınıflandırılan bu sistemler, kullanılan mikroorganizmaların sistemdeki durumuna göre Askıda ve Biyofilm prosesleri olarak da sınıflandırılabilirler. Sistemdeki bakteriyel performans; artan kapasite, değişen hava sıcaklıkları, ipliksi gibi istenmeyen türlerin üremesi, ekipman arızaları, değişen pH, tuzluluk, yüksek yağ, bakteriler üzerinde toksik etki oluşturabilecek klorlu bileşikler veya petrokimyasal ağır organiklerin arıtma tesisine girişinin kontrol edilememesi gibi işletme problemlerinden etkilenir.

Biological treatment is one of the most efficient methods for removal of the organic pollutants.Biological treatment is the decaying of the organic materials found as suspended or dissolved in wastewater by the bacteria and the transformation to the fixed inorganic compounds that flee to the atmosphere which remains in the liquid with biological flocs able to deposit. Biological treatment systems can be classified in different ways. These systems which are classified as Aerobic and Anaerobic according to oxygen situation in the environment can also be classified as Suspended and Biofilm processes based on the conditions of the microorganisms used in the system. Bacterial performance of the system can be affected by the operation problems such as increase in capacity, variable air temperature, growth of undesirable species such as filamentous, equipment malfunctions, changes in pH, salinity, high amounts of grease, chlorinated compounds which can create toxic impact on bacteria or inability to control the entrance of the petrochemical heavy organics to the treatment plant.

Concentrate Leach Plant / The SudanA Concentrate Leach Plant has started working successfully built by Ketmak for a Gold Plant in The Sudan in January 2014. With the efficient project applied by Ketmak, gold production at the facility has been folded.

Haliç Dip Temizleme Projesi / İstanbulİstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi’nin yürüttüğü Haliç Dip Temizleme Projesi kapsamında sahaya kurduğumuz Kompakt Pilot Tesis ile farklı tarihlerde deneme çalışmaları yapılmış ve bu sayede kurulması planlanan tesis simüle edilmiştir. Çalışmalar başarıyla sonuçlanmış olup, Haliç dibinin Ketmak tarafından kurulacak verimli tesis sayesinde temizlenerek Haliç’te yeniden canlı yaşamının sağlanabileceği görülmüştür.

Golden Horn Seabed Cleaning Project / İstanbulIn the scope of Golden Horn Seabed Cleaning Project carried out by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, a Compact Pilot Plant have established in the field by Ketmak and trials carried out at different dates. By this means, planned facility was simulated. The study was successfully concluded: it has been shown that alive life can be achieved again by cleaning the bottom of Golden Horn thanks to the efficient plant which will be established by Ketmak.

Cad - Ofis, Ar-Ge ve OtomasyonCad - Office, R&D and AutomationCad-Ofis mevcut ürünlerle ve yeni ürünlerle ilgili Ar-Ge ve Ür-Ge çalışmalarının ve bu çalışmaların tasarıma dönüşmesi için gerekenlerin yapılmasını sağlayan Ketmak’ın mühendislik ekibidir.Tasarımlar “SolidWorks ve Autocad” programlarında workstation bilgisayarları yardımıyla yapılmaktadır. Bu işlemler Cad-Ofis’in yerinde yaptığı hizmetlerdir. Ketmak ekibi yerinde hizmetler dışında yurt içinde ve yurt dışında saha ve şantiyelerde araştırma ve keşif görevlerini üstlenmektedir. Sahada yapılan keşifler sonucu yerleşim planlarının çizilmesi, tesis kapasitelerinin belirlenmesi ve projelerin hazırlanması Ketmak’ın takip ettiği süreçlerdir. Atık su havuzundaki seviye kontrolünden başlayarak, atık su pompası, dozaj pompası, çökeltme tankı, çamur tankı, çamur pompası, filtre pres hidrolik silindiri ve damlama tavası birbiri ile tam bir uyum içinde çalışmalıdır. Değişen çalışma koşullarına göre otomasyonda esneklik sağlamak üzere PLC sistemlerinden istifade edilir. PLC sistemleri; çamur deşarj süresi ve sıklığı, filtre pres sıkma, silkeleme süreleri gibi otomasyon unsurlarına kolayca müdahale edilip, arıtma sisteminin farklı çalışma koşullarına hızlı bir şekilde adapte edilmesini sağlar.

Cad-Office is the engineering team of Ketmak overcoming the requirements for R&D and P&D works and for transformation of these works to design.Ketmak prepares its designs on “Solid Works and Autocad” programs using work stations. These processes are the ones carried out in-place by Cad Office. Ketmak undertakes the research and discovery jobs in the field both domestic and abroad beyond the in-place services. As a result of field search, layout drawings, determination of the plant capacities and preparation of the projects are Ketmak’s successive processes. Beginning from the water level control in the drainage well; waste water pump, dosing pump, settling tank, sludge tank, slurry pump, filter press hydraulic cylinder and drip tray should work with each other in complete harmony. PLC systems provide flexibility in automation according to changing working conditions. PLC systems also provide a quick adaptation to different working conditions for treatment systems as interfering easily to the automation constituents such as sludge discharge time, filter press squeezing and shaking time.

Ketmak provides project designing and consulting services before the installation of plants.Project design of a plant begins with taking waste water sample from the plant. Studies begin with the analyses of the waste water in the laboratory, then technical data obtained from the tests applied at the pilot units are transformed to the most suitable project in the engineering department. In this way, most convenient machines and equipment can be determined for the project. Ketmak has after sale service with giving assurance to the customers as keeping all kinds of spare parts such as Ketpol treatment chemicals, Ketpol filter clothes, mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems used in Ketmak plants in its warehouse. By making ”yearly service agreements” with customers, who demand, systems are periodically maintained: defects or technical problems are eliminated easily.
