WHAT IS WORKSITE WELLNESS?

Worksite wellness refers to the

education, activities, and

organizational and

environmental supports that a

worksite may do to promote

healthy lifestyles to employees

and their families.

Why the Worksite ?

• Majority of adults spend most of their day at work

• Demands and hectic schedules

• Allows some wellness activity during day

• Employer has stake in individuals’ well-being
