The Village Hall
The Village Hall provides a fine venue for a wide range of events for the local
community and for public, private and corporate functions. There is high speed
WiFi availability and has its own small car park for eight vehicles.
It is the ideal venue for:
Meetings and events for groups on a regular or irregular basis.
Parties, weddings, ceremonies, christenings, birthdays, funerals, etc.
Stage performances of music and drama.
Presentations or lectures with full AV equipment.
Exhibitions
Sporting or recreational activities
The buildings are all on one level and no steps to gain access or exit. This
configuration makes visiting the Hall, if you or any of your guests are less
mobile, very easy and there are disabled facilities provided. 30 folding tables &
suitable chairs are available to setup your event as you wish.
Although the Hall is not licenced you are very welcome to bring your own
alcohol provided that it is consumed only on the premises.
The Hall is comprised of the following:

sprung wooden floor making it perfect for dancing. It also has a modular stage
to house maybe the top table, the band, etc, etc.

There is a kitchen:
The kitchen is 4.9 metres x 3.1 metres with a dining area 3.9 metres x 3 metres.
With kettle, water boiler, microwave, toaster, sink, crockery & cutlery making it

be decorated for wedding receptions or other celebrations.
5
The room is 8.4 meters x 3.9 metres and can seat 20 people. It has a ceiling
mounted Overhead Projector and an interactive white board and is ideally suited
to smaller group activities, meetings and events. An acoustic loop is provided to
assist those with hearing difficulties.

washer takes care of the end of meal chores.
