Introduction

KBase works with Office 2007 and higherwww.kalmstrom.com

KBase is a knowledge base that works inside Outlook. It is installed in a local Outlook folder, and the articles are shared via a database or a SharePoint site.

KBase can be used together with my incident management application Folder HelpDesk, but it also stands very well alone.

When SharePoint is selected as sharing option the articles can be reached there without exporting.

Use SharePoint views to display the articles in different ways. The default view shows all articles grouped by category and type, just like in Outlook.
