CONSULTATIONSThe best way to find out if Kayla’s Custom Cleaning, LLC is right for you is to set up a consultation. Consultations are always free. In the consultation we will do the following:Take a tour; Talk about your cleaning service needs; Address your questions and concerns; Review our services; Customize your service; Discuss scheduling options and pricing.Deciding to have your home or office cleaned can be a big decision. If you are not ready to set an appointment at the end of the consultation, please take as much time as needed in making the right decision for you.

INSUREDSometimes accidents happen. To give you peace of mind, Kayla’s Custom Cleaning, LLC is bonded and insured. Please note in your consultation if there are items in your home that are irreplaceable.

PRICINGHourly rates are based on a $38 per hour per person flat rate.We ask you to set the number of service hours we provide to ensure you are comfortable with the payment amount. You can adjust the service hours at any time. Our primary focus will be on the services you feel are most important.We require a 2.5 hour minimum, or 2 hours at $80, or 1 hour at $50. We service most areas. Trip charges may apply. Post construction rates are based on an hourly rate or price per square foot.

PAYMENTKayla’s Custom Cleaning, LLC accepts cash or checks. *Payment is due in full at the time of service. If paying by cash or check, payment should be left on the kitchen table or counter top on your appointment day. If you forget to leave the payment, we will contact you to let you know we are in your home, your home will be cleaned, and you will be billed for the service. If payment is not current at the next scheduled appointment your home will not be cleaned until your account is paid in full.There is a $25 fee for any returned check.*Monthly online billing is also available.

SUPPLIESKayla’s Custom Cleaning, LLC brings all of the cleaning supplies. The only items you need to supply are vacuum cleaners, vacuum bags and specialty cleaning products. Please let us know if you have allergies to any cleaning supplies. We are focused on providing green products.**Vacuums are available for construction, commercial and move out/in cleaning.

GUARANTEEWe are committed to providing you with the best service possible. We encourage feedback at all times. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, simply call and your concerns will be resolved quickly.

RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & ACCESSThere will be a $40 fee for rescheduling or canceling an appointment after noon the business day before your visit. The same fee applies if we are unable to gain access to your home.If you or any member of your family will be home sick on your scheduled service day with any contagious illness, please cancel your appointment. You will not be charged a cancellation fee. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.If you do not cancel your appointment and someone is home sick with a contagious illness we will not service your home that day.

PETSAll team members are pet friendly.

HOLIDAYSWe are closed on all major holidays, including Independence Day or the Monday following, and days when Madison Area schools are closed due to dangerous driving conditions. You will receive a confirmation of your rescheduled appointment.
