costs split between schools.

• Katey will work with you to arrange pre-orders with your preferred vendor and to personalize them as time allows.
• Katey can supply you with educational materials and “swag” for use before and after the visit to ensure your students get the most out of their experience.
• Lunch with students and/or faculty is always included in full day programs (and can be added to half-day programs).
• Contact Katey directly with questions, date requests, or proposals. • A signed contract is required to book a visit. Payment in full is due the day of the visit.
Travel expenses can be handled per your organization’s policies, but must be reimbursed within 30 days of visit.
